STRIKE 3 YOU’RE OUT! Strike 1: Christmas Eve 2021: I ordered 4 Extra Most and 2 Crazy Bread Combos. When I got home the Pizza wasn’t Extra Most. Bread Sticks didn’t have any Crazy Bread Sauce. I shrugged it off. “Meh, it’s Christmas they been crazy busy. It’s understandable.” Strike 2: July 22, 2022: We spent the whole day at the Hospital. After my sister had passed we were way too emotional and just not in the mood for cooking. We got Pizza on our home. All 4 pies were ugly. Air Bubbles all over. Cheese and Toppings all to one side. Cuts were all ugly looked Crazy Eyes from Mr. Deeds was cutting them pies that day. I shrugged that off too. I figured, “Meh it was a Friday. Strike 3: November 25, 2023: We got done taking care of our errands. We all pinched in whatever money we had. We got 3 Pepperoni’s. We got home and ate. 3am my oldest son runs to the Bathroom and begins vomiting nonstop. He didn’t want to leave the bathroom. Every time he stood up the urge would come back. This happened for about an hour, an hour and a half. We went to ER at GIMC because my son is high risk he was immediately seen. Given fluids, and anti nausea medication. We were there from 5:30am to about 12:30pm noon. We get home my son and I. We discover my wife, my daughter, my other son, and my wife’s sister are also sick. I feel it too later that day. I called the establishment yesterday November 27, 2023 to report to them that Ceaser’s was all we had to eat that day and we all got sick from it. The combative telephone lady replied our oven is 400 degrees and no one touches the pizza after it comes out. Well telephone lady I used to work at Papa Johns. When the pizza comes out of the oven it is touched. By someone to box it and cut it! Maybe it was your pizza cutter. Maybe it was dirty? Anyway I was told, “We’ll let the district manager know.” Bunch of Bologna! I guess from here on I’ll remain a loyal Papa Johns Customer. Because every time i had an issue management was always willing to make it right.
Side Note It would be nice to walk in and not be bothered and hounded for money by GLONNIES (Drunkards). Standing at the front door of your establishment. Opening the door for customers entering and exiting with a hand out expecting...
Read moreWorst customer service. Just left the store, 2nd visit in a row that they can't get an order made. They claimed they made it and threw it away cause it sat too long, after I just waited in line for 10 min. So the manager was blaming me for taking too long. I told her I didn't believe they even made it because that happened to me last visit as well. Then the manager lied right to my face about making my pizza, claiming she made it when the first thing she did when got to the register was go to the back and ask if anyone made my order. Then she wouldn't even help accommodate for me not having a half cheese pizza to share with my daughter, expecting me to buy 2 full pizzas with absolutely no discount to help fix the issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, AND BY THE PERSON IN CHARGE NO LESS. Why is Gallup Notorious for horrible customer service!?! Its people like her with absolutley no CS skills working directly with customers. This manager had no business working in a management position. I hope to never interact with her ever again. Going to Pizza 9...
Read moreI am very disappointed in the service of this location. I placed an order at 10:44 and didn't receive until 51 minutes later. I arrived by 11:10 to pick up and they had not even started the order yet. The worker was just arriving at work and after 20 minutes of waiting the lady stated that it was ready he was boxing it up. still nothing after another 10 minutes. I asked and she went over to get it, (not hot was just sitting there and the breadsticks were under cooked and soggy) and the excuse I got was some people come to work with an attitude. She offered wings as an apology and no manager to speak to on this. Worst service ever. I wasted $40 on this and will never go back again. I do expect a response from the manager. This is very unacceptable service. I know, I worked in the food service industry for...
