Rent-A-Center — Local services in Gallup

Good morning. This RENT A CENTER in Gallup New Mexico has the worst customer service ever. I wanted an Item that wasn't in stock. The manager of rent a center didn't offer me details on ordering that specific item. I had to call a district manager in Flagstaff Az just to have Gallup NM rent a center order me that item. Two weeks later I checked up on my order and to see if it arrived at the location in Gallup NM rent a center. I talked to the Gallup rent a center manager and he had NO clue what was ordered for me. I had to explain the item and the manager stated something was ordered for you but he doesn't know what it is. I asked for the item number and description. All I gotten was a smart attitude from him. I couldn't get anywhere with his smart attitude. I decided to get my item from Amazon. My biggest mistake is coming here to this location in gallup NM rent a center. I really hope something is done...

Began a lease at the Gallup store, and was notified via text that the item was instore to pick up. I made arragements to pick up the item, only to be told that it wasnt there. I was told by staff that the messages were automated but when I showed them messages they still tried to say where automated. When I asked to start a new lease with the item instore i was told they couldnt because it was for someone else. I was then told that I could speak to the manager who for some reason is never in the store.
