Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Gallup

My order was out for delivery for over an hour.. It got here over an hour and 25 minutes after being out for delivery.... The food was obviously very cold after being out for delivery for over an hour and 25 minutes....and I spent a lot of money for it...  I am only 3 miles from the pizza hut I ordered from... When I called and spoke to the manager she took an immediate attitude.... Then goes on to tell me after I caught her in the first lie that she sent that delivery driver out with 5 orders total, including mine... I asked her why she would send one driver with 5 deliveries at one time?? That's gonna put at least 3 customers getting cold food....  She had no response... Now I have over $42 in food that is cold and a waste... I ordered from a pizza hut only 3 miles down the road, my order was out for delivery for over an hour and 25 minutes and was cold when it...

I think my most recent experience with this location was fairly good compared to previous visits! I placed an online order for carry out and it was the correct price that I was given online for my order. As opposed to the visit before my recent one. The previous visit was frustrating because again I did an online order for carry out and the price was not what I was given online, it was more then what the online order had given. An when I questioned this after looking over the receipt I was basically told that I was charged for every single thing, like cheese and toppings when the cheese came with the pizza order. My order was all correct this visit, but the previous visit...

The HWY 66 Pizza Hut in Gallup NM is a joke. While I repeatedly order on line and curbside pickup... the employees constantly are unable to find my order when I arrive at curbside pickup. The manager then BLAMES ME and tells me that I somehow have to click on curbside pickup... A SECOND TIME. I tell her that I checked the curbside box when I ordered. This manager can not explain her need for me to somehow check a box when I don't have a laptop, computer or phone with internet connection while i am in their curbside pickup area. After this has happened 4 times in a row.... I have decided to COMPLAIN and let others know that this Gallup location needs to...
