Navarro Bakery — Restaurant in Galveston

My girlfriend and I were desperate to find a cake for a last minute birthday party celebration. We are from Austin, so after searching all options Navarro was the only bakery open after 5 PM. I called and although the lady didn’t speak English she patiently helped us. The space is very humble and I was concerned the cake would not meet our expectations. We were more than pleased. The Tres Leches cake was beautiful and delicious, and the price was price was right!! I will definitely return for a slice when we are in Galveston again....
