Idaho Pizza Company — Restaurant in Garden City

The waitress, who was the Employee of the Month, by the way, name was Lori, was horrible!! We were trying to set up for a Birthday party and she gave no help, but very rude to us we could not move the tables and tonot scrape the floor with the chairs (which we were not doing). She made snide comments about the 6yr old several times and even said they threw up, when it was actually the plate of leftover food, that she dropped on the floor. She never offered extra plates or ask if we needed anything during our time there. When the party was done, she made horrible comments about wasted food and the supposed mess we made to other patrons!! I never saw her do this behavior with any other patron, so i am not sure why we were treated this way! The Supervisor was told of this, nothing happened, other than an insincere, snide apology from Lori! She received no tips from us and we will NEVER return!! I will NEVER recommend...

WOW Not sure I'm going to be coming back here. I ordered a pizza by phone and they told me it would be ready in 35 minutes. I arrived 5 minutes early and paid for the pizza. I sat down near the counter and waited for my name to be called. Another few people came in after ma and did the same. The girl who took my money busied herself unfolding empty pizza boxes. I could here the cooks yelling out order numbers that were ready. 20 minutes passed and some of the people who came in after me had gone up to ask about their orders. The girl went back to where a huge stack of pizzas were and brought back their orders. NO ONE WAS CALLING OUT ANY NAMES!! All of our orders were just sitting up on a warming shelf as if we were supposed to SENSE when our pizzas were ready. Are you kidding me???? I had even left a tip which I should have taken back. This happened between 6 and 645 on 11/19/23. Perhaps the manager can train...

Lost my business forever. I've ordered from these guys four times now and they have bungled it twice. I put my order in at 6:21 tonight (on a thursday, by the way) and it wasn't delivered until after 7:40, and not until after I called at 7:30 to ask them what the hell was going on with my order. They said that it was "hot out of the oven and was on its way" however it was absolutely cold as ice when it was finally delivered.

As you can see, I am not super pleased to be paying $40 bucks for cold and late pizza. I shudder to think how late it would have been had I not called and lit a fire under them. I usually go out of my way to support a local business, but I can only be let down so many times.

I'm gladly taking my business elsewhere and telling everyone I know to never support Idaho pizza.
