My friend and I went to this Swig location and did not have the greatest experience. This is the location we normally go to and have had very friendly and welcoming staff everytime. Today there was a staff named Audrina who I believe is the assistant manager who was not nice or welcoming at all. Her attitude towards my friend and I was not professional by any means. There was a car in front of us and the first thing she said to us “can you like move up”, her tone was passive aggressive. We had politely told her that we were going to have two separate bills so that it would be easier for her ahead of time. She had a snarky response to us telling her that. We had also asked about a drink with certain flavors but wasn’t sure of the name and her response was rude and unprofessional. She came off irritated that we didn’t know the name and had asked to look at the menu before ordering. Audrina told us that the bill would be split at the window but when it came time to pay it was not. Not a big deal, but it was her response to my friend and I when we told her it was going to be two different bills her response was unpleasant. Read moreCame to grab some drinks with my daughter today. It's nice to have other drink options in our area besides Sonic. I ordered the unbreakable with sparkling water and my daughter grabbed the rip tide. My drink is tasty! Even though it's made with sparkling water, it still has a lot of flavor to it! My daughter's drink is also very tasty. It would be even more perfect on a warmer day. The young lady that took our order was really sweet. The young man that helped us or lack of helping us could use some more customer service training. I honestly thought the set up would be a cute place to hang out. The staff appeared rushed and unprofessional, with one instance involving an employee abruptly taking a drink from my hand when I pointed out an incorrect order. Eye contact was minimal, and simple requests, like asking for straws, were met with noticeable frustration. While the drinks are enjoyable, the customer service needs significant improvement.
