This was my first time experience, maybe we got unlucky due to our "ticket getting stuck" - that part is understandable and it happens. What ISN'T excuseable was how we were jerked around.
Came in when the place had maybe 6 groups. Not very busy. 45 minutes after taking our order (noticing two groups that came in, ordered, ate, paid, and left) I finally went to the staff and asked how long the order would be. They said that "your order is coming out right now" and that took another 20 minutes before the poorly cooked (they definitely undercooked the food to get it to us "faster"). The pad thai noodles were completely rubbery and impossible to chew and swallow, dish was swimming in sauce. They also forgot one of our appetizers, when they finally returned with the appetizer (15 minutes after receiving the poorly made entree) I explained that we had been waiting for a long time to get our food and wanted to know if we would at least get a discount on the long wait. We were told that we would. They said they would send someone to talk to us. Another 15 minutes and 4 more patron groups later, one of the staff came to our table and said "okay, complain." They only removed the entrees from our bill. No discount applied. No apologies. Just "okay, complain." I understand that ticket issues can happen in a restaurant, but that was plain TERRIBLE service on their end, when these errors and delays kept stacking. I wasted almost 2 hours in this restaurant, just to go home hungry.
The sushi roll and spring rolls were pretty good, so the 2 stars for food is for that. The rest of the experience was completely trash, and not due to uncontrollable technical issues - but the complete LACK of any humility or attempts at halfway decent customer service.
I won't go back, if you (reader) decide to go - I hope your ticket doesn't...
Read moreWhat an awful place. I’m not saying all the food was bad but our experience was one of the worst ever. First we walked in, only one other couple in the restaurant, and they sat us right behind them, that would have been fine by the booth wasn’t sturdy so every time the gentleman behind me moved I went with him. We got a combo appetizer, which was good, a garlic beef dish, some sushi, and finally pad Thai. Everything except the pad Thai was ok. However the pad Thai was hands down the worst pad Thai we have ever had. First off it was soupy, and so sweet I can only describe it as being drenched in a syrup or honey. We took one bite a piece and quietly whispered to the waitress when she came back that it wasn’t good and asked her to take it off the check. She said she would then came back a little later to tell us she wasn’t allowed to take it off the check. So we paid 16 bucks for something we had them toss in the trash. Not only that, but after we sent it back we could hear them talking badly about us and the waitress explaining the situation. I couldn’t understand all that was being said but I know they were mad and shouting in another language. We will not be back. We will be telling everyone we know to steer clear. Be better!
Ps. When we walked out we saw a lovely little sign saying they don’t really care if you like it or not you pay regardless. Too bad we didn’t see it ahead of going in. Any restaurant with a sign like that means they don’t have to have any standards. Well played Krungthai,...

From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming. The place smelled incredible — rich spices, coconut, and fresh herbs floating through the air. But let me tell you… the food? Next level.
I ordered the Panang Curry and I swear it was life-changing. The flavor was deep and perfectly balanced — creamy coconut milk with just the right amount of heat, melt-in-your-mouth meat (I got chicken), and fresh veggies that still had that perfect bite. It was the kind of dish you find yourself scraping the bowl for, wishing you had more rice just to soak it all up.
And then came the Mango Sticky Rice… oh my god. Perfection. Sweet, fragrant, and comforting. The mango was perfectly ripe — not too firm, not mushy — and the sticky rice was warm, coconut-y, and slightly salty in the best way. It’s the kind of dessert that makes you close your eyes while you eat it.
Also — major shoutout to our waitress. She was an absolute gem: friendly, attentive without hovering, gave great recommendations, and you could tell she genuinely cared that we had a great experience. She even brought our dessert with a little flower on the side, which was such a thoughtful touch.
If you’re looking for bold, authentic Thai flavors and top-tier service, this is the place. I can’t wait to come back and try everything else...
