I'm always glad to increase a rating, and they have been trying harder to fix their mistakes. Sadly, they still aren't the best or great by any means. There are a few staff that's actually friendly, the rest can be almost rude. The place is never clean, and when I went today it kind of smelt. And no, not in a delicious fried chicken smell. But for the good stuff. The food is phenomenal, and the variety on the menu changes my order nearly every time. I've never really done that at other fast food places. I get my normal, and that's it. But here I actually change it up and get all sorts of items. However, if you use the app, you're kind of screwed. They don't make it till you get there. Which is the point for some apps, and if you choose to go through the drive-thru, you cant. You have to go to the pick-up shelf. I've ended up waiting a while before it's ready. It's not bad, but when you see people go through the drive thru faster and you go inside, it's kind of annoying. Especially when it's cars that weren't even in the line before you went inside. Basically, this is just my way of warning others not to go inside and just go through the drive thru if you have a mobile order. It's 7 times faster. I picked that number because that's how many cars went by. But! Here's the good news, it's also a pretty heavy pokemon go spawn spot, so you'll be entertained while you wait. The buffet looked like it had just been left sitting all day without being cleaned or refreshed. They said they couldnāt make any grilled chicken, despite not closing for several more hours.
And the worst part was we ended up sitting near the manager as he interviewed a potential new employee and got to hear all about the employees misbehavior, the fact that they failed their inspection, and that they could never get the employees to wash their hands. Not really stuff you wanna announce when you have customers trying to eat your food right beside you, dude.
Overall, not only would I not go back because of how gross it was (and how worried I now am Iām gonna get sick because of it) but the attitude of the employees and the manager really...

I was confused and figured a glitch so I went up to the store and let them know. They couldnāt have cared less and when I asked if I could get my order the manager actually told me ānot for freeā. Like I was seriously just charged almost $100 for $36 chicken. I at that point was over him and told him I wasnāt there for āfreeā food and was willing to pay in cash, he acted as if it was a burden to order and told me as long as I come in.
