Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garden City

Absolutely trash customer service, been waiting a week for the manager to reach back to me about my order. They not only gave me someone else's order, but I ordered everything that had the Giant cheeze-its and 4 extras since it was an option. This location did not bother to tell me that they had ran out of this item and instead gave me regular tostada shells in place of them.. even to replace the large cheeze it..🤦‍♀️ as if that would be at all a replacement for something that adds an extra dollar to each item I bought. Then to top it all off, they didn't even give me any sauces, it's like they hated me that day and wanted me to suffer, truly 🥴 also shout out to the employee who was also absolutely confused as to why they would sell me all of those items with a replaced item instead of just making it unavailable online.. he should get a raise for using his brain more than the entire staff that day 🙄 how you charge me for the wrong online order, then still give me the wrong order and it wasn't even MELISSAS order it was Yolandas! You charged me one person's meal that wasn't mine and gave me someone else's, just to keep adding fuel to the fire with...

First off, let me warn you. The drinks here always have the previous drink in them. For example, I always drink water, and every time I get it, it has a pink, yellow, or even brown tint to it. You probably won't taste it if you don't get water, but still. When I do go here, they always make some type of mistake. And the worst part is they won't inform you if you order an item and some key ingredient is missing. I added the picture of the nacho fries and they neglected to inform me before ordering they were out of seasoning. I drove home called and told them what happened. They said I needed to go back. Drove all the way back only for them to tell me at the window that they're out of seasoning because I checked them before I left that time. And it's not the first time it's happened on this item or others. Other than that a very decent taco bell and the food quality...

We came through drive thru and ordered some food. I ordered 2 potato spicy burritos off the dollar menu, and a $5 chalupa cravings box. Came home to eat to find a long black hair in my food! This wasn't the first time this has happened! Just a few days prior, my son ordered a apple empanda and there was a really long black hair that came out when he took a bite of it! How flipping disgusting is this! Not only that, but anytime we ever come through this place, the food is never hot! The breading for the chalupa has always been cold! Are we to ask that our food is to be hot when it should be? Then the manager will just give a credit and not your money back! Don't go there unless you plan on eating hair...
