Had a pretty bad experience with the older white male that works here. My mom is a Target Circle member and gave me a gift card to use, I’ve never used a gift card here before as I don’t shop at Target. From the start, the older gentleman seemed to be in a bad mood as he didn’t say anything to acknowledge me, no hello, hi, or anything. Just absolutely silent until I had to pay, once I showed him I had a gift card he said just to use it on the pin pad and I asked “how do you-“ then he interrupted me and just angrily said “JUST GIVE IT TO ME.” He was audibly sighing acting like it was too much of an inconvenience. I’ve worked as a cashier for years, and every time a customer has had trouble with gift cards, I’ve always been extremely understanding and helpful because most stores process gift cards differently. On our way out this lady waited for me and my sister. She had asked if me and sister were going to pay. My sister and I were confused. I showed her my receipt telling her I had paid earlier. She looked through my bag and my receipt. Then she proceeds to look and direct her attention towards a sweatshirt my sister had on (labeled sublette) a small town near Garden. Pretty obvious it wasn’t a sweatshirt that a big store like Target would have. After, she didn’t seem convinced but she had no proof that we were stealing so she let us on our way. My dad had went in to target today wanting to get some papers printed out, my dad doesn’t get around too well and isn’t great with technology.But this very helpful woman, I believe my dad had said her name was Ariana, did an amazing job at helping him get those papers printed off for him. I appreciate the time and effort she gave to get that done for him. He didn’t have to do much other than show her what he wanted printed. I appreciate you so much girl!
