Burger King — Restaurant in Garden City

I went to the burger King in gardencity ga tonight because my daughter really wanted burger king and this was the closest near us at the time. I was placing my order in the drive through and after my first order I askedthe lady taking my order were there any specials. She told me about the 2 for 10 whopper deal and I said ok i want to get that... before i could get also out of my mouth she rudely sucked her teeth and said hold on now I have to delete the other order, you should've said you wanted the deal first! I tried to tell her i wanted the feal in addition to my first order but she just talked over me and said again hold on cause i gotta delete the other order. I feel as though she was very unprofessional and not friendly at all. Ive never had this issue at the butger king near where i live. Because she wouldn't even let me speak i told her cancel my order and took my money elsewhere. But i did call the manager to let her know what just happened and she was professional and apologized and thanked me for calling to let her know what happened she was cooking and didn't know that happened but im sure she will counsel the associate about the importance of giving good...

29 Jul ‘25 4:15 pm. Racist! If you’re not black don’t bother coming here! Placed online order for pickup at drive thru at 4:25. Get there right on time and have to wait 10 minutes behind a car. Finally get to window and I’m told to pull up to door. Then all three cars behind me place order, pay, and receive their food. They all drive around me to leave. All the while, two separate guys go inside and come out with food. So I back up to window and girl finally comes to window and I ask what the problem is. I point out that three cars and two separate people all order and get their food. She told me that’s the way it is for online orders. At that point I’m not leaving the window until I get my order. Finally get my order at 4:59, 35 minutes late, and the burgers and fries are ice cold plus she gives me regular coke instead of diet. The whole order was inedible. Soggy bread. Undercooked fries. The wrong drinks. The only explanation is the people working here are racist. While I was waiting by the door three car loads and two separate men who walked in were all served while I waited and they were all black as were the people working...

I ,went to Burger King on Tuesday 10th of May, 2022. I bought a number 1-combo meal large. When I got home ,the burger was horrible it tasted like it had, 2 tablespoons of salt. So I figured, the problem is just in the first bite. I , then took a second bite, sure enough, it was the same. I , just couldn’t eat any more. I tossed it in my trash can. I tried calling the the Burger King, that same evening, the phone was busy. I, was much too tired to be bothered, so I simply went to bed, and put it off on till later. Let’s fast forward. Today, Thursday May 12th , I called the Burger King , and spoke to the manager, at around 8:15 am, to express, my dissatisfaction. She , did not care about my dissatisfaction. She, kept saying that Burger King, policy, is to sprinkle salt and pepper all over the burger when it’s on the bun, and they have been doing that for years. I, guess, this establishment, does not care about a possible, hypertension, or a cardiac nor, a cardiovascular, (CVA), customer, that might just want, to every once in a while, enjoy! a burger, without dying.
