the brunette white lady has a REALLY bad attitude. NEVER speaks, just stares with a nasty look on her face. i go pretty frequently, she almost always rings me up at checkout, and i’ve never even heard what she sounds like despite me trying to make friendly conversation to alleviate some of the awkwardness from her muteness. i don’t think customer service is her strong suit and she should look for something else that isn’t customer service based. this is a smaller business, so she makes the whole operation look bad. my total was $8 and some change, i gave her $9, and she shut the window in my face. i was only owed like $0.46, but it’s the principle. pocketing my $0.46 is crazy, how does she know i wasn’t going to use that? other than that? the prices are great, the location is good, and the drive thru is convenient. get her out of there. she’s making the whole business look bad and this isn’t the first bad...
