UPDATE: I sent an email to Marco's when asked with all of the details and NO ONE bothered to get back to me. It has been 2 months and nothing. I thought this was a local store but now realize it is a chain. That explains it, corporations do not care about the customers, just the bottom line. I make very little extra money and having them just ignore the issue is very aggravating. It was their employee's fault and I ended up losing money. I will never buy again and I will not recommend them anymore as I had been doing to all of the tourists that come into my store.
I am very disappointed in Marco's. I buy pizza at least five or six times a month and I've spent hundreds of dollars there over the past couple of months. I have it delivered to work so the other employees can get a treat. Yesterday was my birthday. I had already ordered my own pizza because I don't really tell anybody about my birthday but one of the girls found out and wanted to order a pizza for me. They didn't tell me. Unfortunately. They called Marcos and were told that they don't deliver to our location. This is ridiculous. I order from there all the time. So the young lady ended up doing doordash and paying a ridiculous amount of money. It's bad enough that the two pizzas were $44, but then there was almost a $30 delivery and service fee from doordash. When I was told about this I called Marcos and was told that they would refund it. They called me back and said that since it was through doordash they couldn't do anything and I should call doordash. Why would I call doordash when it was Marco's? They made the mistake. Doordash does not have an obligation to fix this. So it's my stinking birthday. I had to give the young lady the $30 because I felt terrible about it and I didn't even want to eat the pizza at that point because I was so upset. I don't think I'll be ordering from...
Read moreWhoever made this pizza didn't bother reading the requests I added. The Hawaiian pizza comes with ham, bacon, chicken, and pineapple. Great! Silly me, though, I thought the option on the website to submit customization requests had a purpose.
Customer ordered light chicken and light bacon, plus double ham? Who cares! Whoever made it ignored all that. They added far more chicken than ham, barely added any bacon, and didn't add any pineapple at all. Take special note of that fact: they made a Hawaiian pizza without the pineapple. Maybe pineapple was out of stock? I doubt it, but if it was, they didn't bother telling me.
But that's not all! They piled the toppings in the center and to one side of the pie, leaving a significant portion without any toppings at all. I order takeout pizza frequently, and the topping distribution on this pie is the worst I've seen in months, if not years.
Whoever made this pizza needs to be trained again with a specific emphasis on fulfilling customer customization requests. They also apparently need help aiming the pizza toppings. It would be nice if they'd distribute toppings evenly instead of piling toppings in the middle while leaving many pieces half-bare.
Seriously, this was just disappointing.

Second. The lady at the counter was horrible. Nasty attitude problem. Very condescending. She was very rude to everyone that came into order.
Third. They were standing around. Phone rang and rang and rang and rang. I counted. It rang 54 times before they answered it. Then the person on the phone was told they do not have any pizzas. WTH!
You are a pizza shop and you do not have your own menu items! They carried 2 liters. Either Dr Pepper or Pepsi. That was all. No other choices available. When we asked if they had water. The lady (the rude one) said.."we don't have water or ice. But we do have some of our water for sale if you want to purchase it. Its $5.00 for a bottle". Wow. What!
The "daily specials" listed 2 pizza, cheesy bread, 2 liter $21.99". So when she rang it up. She charged it as $31.99. When we asked to remove the $10 over charge. She said. Sorry. I already processed it and can't.
The manger on duty was to busy to talk to us. Was to busy sitting in the lobby at the tables eating.
