4 out of 5 stars, I order here all the time. I live right down the road. The food is delicious, however my salad has been made differently every single order, and it's a permanent dish on their menu. I order the steakhouse salad every time I come, and something is forgotten on my salad every time. The menu shows what's supposed to be on the salad. For example, it comes with cinnamon pecans, and one day it won't be on there. The next week I'll order it, and it won't come with the fried noodle crisps they use as croutons. Another time they forgot to put the dried noodle crisps in again, and substituted it for carrots. Another time I ordered it and there was no tomatoes. I just give them 4 out of 5 stars because there's a huge lack of consistency. I know these are small things, but this is a dinner salad and just as expensive as the entrees. When you miss the ingredients, the entire salad tastes different in a bad way. Like the salad I order has a ton of cottage cheese, the cinnamon pecans are supposed to balance that bitter taste out. So when you guys aren't consistent, I get a different tasting salad every time, and sometimes it's in a bad way when yall forget a very crucial ingredient like cinnamon pecans, fruit, crutons, etc. Great customer service, always polite. They're hard workers, just need to be consistent with the food and a lot of what's left out of my salad for the 5th or 6th time.....doesn't need to be cooked and I imagine are in bags in the bag as salad toppings.....so maybe some of this is also working too fast in the kitchen and not paying attention to their own menu. I try not to be harsh while people are working their best to earn a living, but I do want to eat what I pay for, and I dont like seeing the shortcuts they're doing on my salad sometimes. Perhaps a authentically good idea, is have a picture in the kitchen of what's supposed to be arranged on each salad. I know if I order this again, there's going to be something missing. Ending on a positive note, they take pride in their restaurant...

I was just recently on vacation with my family in SC. My family and I visited your restaurant. We were a party of eight, only two of which were children. It started out ok, but quickly got to be very disrespectful. We had several orders where we could eat all you want shrimp combo, steak and chicken. The waiter did not want to bring out more shrimp when we asked. They said ok but we had to wait and wait for them. It was not that busy. We seated at the kitchen door mind you. In the meantime the parties beside us and across from us were getting there food in a timely manner. We asked if they accept AARP CARD discount. We were told yes, the manager told us that would not be a problem, but it turns out it was a problem. The waiter had to change our receipt at least 5 or 6 times to get it right. He even put a $8.00 charge on one of my family members bill. We had to sit there almost an hour after we finish with our meal for him to get it right. He did not get it right so I just told him to keep the extra. He made the statement that he was just trying to get home with an attitude. He also says the problem was because he had so many unlimited shrimp orders (there were only 3 from our table, but that is your menu it shouldn’t affected him getting a bill together.) We had gotten together a nice tip for him, after that some of my family took it back. I am sure the total bill for our table was close to $200.00. I didn’t want to think it was because of our race, but when I stood up and looked around to see where he was I saw that we were the only African-Americans in the place at the time. The meal was great but the service we received was just terrible. I would not go there again or recommend it to anyone. I just wanted you to know how one of your employees was treating customer. We go to S C every year, and we love eating at OUTBACK ‘S.

Read moreI usually don’t give such a negative review however, upon entering the restaurant there was a wicked odor. It smelled like if someone dropped a baby bottle and it wasn’t discovered for three or four days however, I did speak to the manager about it where they try to brush it off on the wood interior, after sitting down at my table, the smell got worse. It smelt somewhere between a Dirty Bar Rag, a sour mop, or a baby’s wet diaper. When the assistant manager came over and asked if everything was OK, I don’t have a filter if you could figure that out by now, I told him no ! He said what is the problem I told him that number one the silverware never made it to the dishwasher and then continue to show him that it’s still had peoples vegetables on it. The second set of silverware that I received I would’ve probably had to go to the orthodontist, because all of the prongs were bent and he stood there and just watch me open it up, the waitress never even introduced herself or told us her name obviously there was no specials because she never mentioned that either I’ve been coming to this restaurant for many many years and the proprietor just doesn’t care anymore. I think he checked out along time ago, I wouldn’t recommend or go to this restaurant until they clean up , the disgusting smell and get the food up to standards. Did I mention that the manager just stood there, and couldn’t believe that what I was telling him?…. I don’t want to hear about we can’t get good help I don’t wanna hear about Covid. If you can’t keep the hygiene, clean in a restaurant,...
