We were in Garden City and had a two hour trip home, and we were running behind schedule . We decided to go to Rib Crib, where my wife and I decided to order the big spuds, which normally doesn't take to long at most Rib Cribs. It was a while before someone came to take our order. I have to eat glutwn free but usually have an idea what I need to avoid and what I can have. I knew the potatoes would be ok. When we ordered our server said oh we are out of potatoes. My wife ordered something else. I asked the server if she knew what other options were gluten free. After 10 minutes, she returned and said salads I think,I am not sure. I noticed a gluten free bun on the menu and saw they had a bacon BBQ burger. I asked if they had the gluten free buns, and she said yes. After 25 minutes more she returned to the table with a manager and said Oh we are out of gluten free buns. The manager said we are also out of spuds, lemonade, chicken, and hot links. I told her I was trying to find what my options were. 5 minutes later she returned with a list that was taped on the kitchen wall. I then ordered their polish sausage and pulled pork with corn on the cob. We waited and waited another 1hr and 5 minutes before getting our food. We were in the restraunt for well over 2 hours. I have to say the food was great when we received it. It was just the major delay and the process that should have been much quicker. We also observed and discussed four other very frustrated tables of people while there recieving wrong orders and having the...
Read moreOrdered two 2-meat platters last night - picked up at 8:15pm. Asked for the chopped brisket (w/extra meat for myself & my husband). We were extremely hungry and this place sounded good to try. Our brisket was 40% fat, gristle and veins. It seems like these piles of meat should've been scraped into the trash can but they loaded up our to-go orders, instead. See the photo. I promise you - it looks much worse today because the fat has congealed and turned white. Actually, I'll take another photo and edit this review shortly. If our experience were a dine-in, these dinners would've gone back to the kitchen to improve. This was our first time eating here. We are in town for the week so my husband can earn a certification for work and I'm in IT so I can WFH. I chose this place (convinced my husband it would be wonderful) and quickly regretted it. Y'all made me look like an idiot (spending $40 + a $9 tip on two meals) and then provided me with such poor quality food I wouldn't feed it to a stray dog, let alone my husband or myself or even our own dog. Is this how you conduct business regularly or is it just for working folks who order at the end of the day? Do you allow the cooks to serve worse food to people who take out vs dine in? I feel like I've been taken advantage of and y'all really need to improve on training your...
Read moreWe were in town visiting and decided to give this place a try since we have never been before. Lunch went pleasantly well. My family seemed to enjoy it. Staff was great. Food was great. My kids were craving it again during dinner time so I did a to go order. Did everything online it seemed real simple. We all ordered a different flavor of wings. I go pick up the order get back to the hotel, and we have no ranch for the wings and all the wings were piled into a box. We spent about 30 minutes smelling the wing to guess the flavor of it. That is absolutely ridiculous. All flavors should be boxed separately. I drive back to the restaurant to pick up ranch and I asked the manager to come to the front and talk to me. He stayed in the kitchen and sent the hostess out with my ranch. I told her that I specifically asked to speak with him. When he came to the front, I asked him what was the reasoning behind sticking all the wings in one box and he said, that is a corporate rule, not a restaurant rule. I think it’s the dumbest rule I’ve ever heard of. Why would you mix hot wings with barbecue? Never again. If you order online I would specify you want your wings...
