Wendy's — Restaurant in Garden City

I am very disappointed. I have gone to this wendys several times. Today when I ordered a frosty the girl was short with me not to freindly which is fine but as I sat at the window and watched her make my frosty as sh got up to the window grabbed my spoon then sneezed two big sneezez all over my frosty and spoon. Didn't turn her head and sneeze in her shoulder, or napkin ect. Opens the window and dosent say anything and hands me my frosty. I of course dumped down the sink. Allergy, cold don't care disgusting. A month ago, I went to this location , when the girl got on speaker her and her coworkers where joking around, apparently not interested in my order. Then finally after taking my order and I pull forward her and her coworkers , were all laughing cracking jokes totally ignoring that I was their.(by the way the drive through window does not silence your conversations) they stood their for about 5min or more. Finally when I do get my food she was more focused on still laughing and caring on her conversation with her Co workers. My food was cold, cheeseburger and fries. It was late I was tired and hungry. So to say the least I will not eat at this location again. Don't know if it's bad help or what but I don't eat out often. But when I do I would like quality food and staff. But I have to say I'm at the point cooking for myself much...

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I have given this location multiple chances to figure out their door dash orders. They messed up my order SO MANY TIMES I actually switched from door dash to Uber Eats. Sadly that is clearly not the problem. This store is despicable. They short me on my nuggets CONSTANTLY (tonight I'm missing 3). I did not receive my potato instead received fries. To be clear, if I was able to eat fries I WOULD HAVE ORDERED FRIES! I called weeks ago when my entire kids meal was missing. My poor kid was super hungry and had to watch everyone else eat while I paid AGAIN for the kids meal delivery and a 2nd tip. They CONSTANTLY forget condiments. When I tried calling tonight it rang for 5 mins with no answer. I'll be speaking with corporate directly in the morning. The amount of money I have spent on food IVE NEVER RECIEVED is outrageous. Frankly this store has absolutely no business whatsoever offering door dash/uber eats. Just the thought of it is a complete joke and a total class act! The best part is the live chat that is available until midnight has "no representative available, please try...

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. The staff at this Wendy’s were helpful and professional, but the female manager was the complete opposite. From the moment she interacted with me, her body language and tone came across as dismissive and unprofessional. She carried herself with an attitude that suggested customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority.

What made it worse was how little effort she put into resolving the situation. Instead of leading by example or ensuring the issue was fixed properly, she brushed it off and left it to her staff to handle. To their credit, the crew was polite and respectful, but that professionalism wasn’t reflected by the manager herself.

In my experience, a manager should set the standard for their team, not lower it. Unfortunately, her approach left a very negative impression, and it made me feel like my business...
