Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Garden Grove

The staff is wonderful! They're quick and super nice. Food is a exactly what you'd expect from the big Schnitz lol I personally don't prefer it, but my partner loves it and says this location's food tastes better than some others. Aside from the good things though, I must admit there are some downsides. The microphone/speaker on the drive thru is either broken or just outdated, all I could hear was static so we had to order at the window. No biggy, but hopefully they fix that. Today oct.6 I came with my grandma and the lady that first took our order was really nice we order 2 drink one Diet Pepsi and one regular Pepsi. We waited a while for our drinks which was weird and they told us they don’t have anymore diet at all so we ask for water instead and then she said no they don’t give out water. I work on fast food you’re suppose to give water when a customer ask for it, how can you not have soda for a SENIOR DIABETIC. There used to be a very sweet kind Caucasian female manager and she was so amazing. Her old team was flawless.

Now with the new kids, the drive through lines are always long when we get there. Last time we waited 45 minutes. And it wasn't the first time we got caught in their crazy line. We still go here because my fiance loves this place but with messed up orders and the wait being insanely long while new employees just stand there and talk. This place is losing money and customers because of their poor time management.
