Read morePlaced an online order in the afternoon for a future pickup in the evening (about 2 hours later). Got busy with life and forgot about it because I didn't receive any reminders about it (that was still my fault), but went in to pick it up about 4 hours after the time. The customer service I received was horrible and will make me never go back to this place again. When I got there the assistant manager asked my name which I gave and he said oh we don't have it, then proceeded to continue working and didn't even attempt to lookup my order in the system or offer me any guidance on what to do next. So I told him I paid for the order already and asked if he could look it up and he just says I already told you we don't have it. Annoyed but trying to remain calm, I asked if I could at least have a refund and he just tells me go do it online. I don't care how busy you were or how bad of a day you were having. There's no excuse to treat a customer like that and you shouldn't be an assistant manager if that's how you treat other customers. Never coming back to this...
Read moreI went in to order 2 large 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 as advertised. The guy said that was online only. Since he already charged me $9.99, I saw the sign in the window that said 5 toppings $9.99. He reluctantly put 2 more toppings on each pizza and said 10min. Meanwhile a couple Mexican laborers came in and ordered maybe 10 pizzas. After 20 min, I pointed out that my pizzas were out of the oven. They said that they "weren't mine." In about 3 more minutes they called my name and handed me the 2 pizzas. I opened one and saw had pineapple which I never orderd. He said he'd make me another one. I said forget it because I was starving! The pizza was cold. I told him I wouldn't be back.
