01/07/22, 6:24PM. Waited in line for what seemed like ages but to be exact, 15 minutes, just to get to the speaker; about 5 cars ahead of me. What's the hold up, I thought to myself. I kept my window down in case the cars ahead mentions something. Nothing. When the car in front of me go to the speaker, I tried to get a sense if they're short staff or not. Nothing. The car just pulled forward. Is the speaker box down? Then came my turn. I waited for about 3 minutes. Maybe it really is down. So I drove forward, back in the queue. I watch the car in front, again just to get an idea of the pacing of the service. Some words were exchanged, window person handed the driver a drink and driver handed over their card to pay. This is where I thought something was up. Once the driver got their card back, they drove off. Strange to only get a drink after waiting all that time. So I pulled up as it was my turn and I asked if their speaker box was working because I didn't get to place my order. They said no and that if I wanted to order, I have to go to the back of the line. WHAT?!?! Ridiculous. I didn't want to deal with it as it wouldn't change anything. I just drove off and as I was driving away, I could see that there was a long line behind me. So many people out for Del Taco on a Friday. I ended up just going to mcDs across the street because their service is usually on point or just not this bad. Like come on. If there is an issue with the speaker box or it's busy inside, communicate it. Much like how I'm communicating my disappointment with my experience at this Del Taco...
Read more04/25/2023 - First off, I was supposed to be manager at two Del Tacos prior to going into the medical field instead.
At this location, I ordered two Del Tacos, no shell through this drive thru and got shell, went back and asked them to deconstruct the Tacos and give them to me in a tray. Instead was given a tray, no fork and told to deconstruct them myself so I can make a mess in my car. This is not how this situation should have been handled and management needs to have employees repeat the order so that these things don't happen.
I shouldn't have to pull over, find a trashcan for shells and make a mess in my car when I went through drive thru to be on the go.
This is messed up. Two stars for getting my tea correct
4/27/2023 - Went back and ordered the same thing, two Del Tacos, no shell. Felix must of read my review because he was laughing with the other girl behind the counter all the way until I pulled up to the window. Then, when I looked him dead in the eye and his mood changed real quick. Also while placing my order, he sarcastically asked if I want sour cream on my tacos because it's sour. Then keep in mind, no taco shell, he had the audacity to ask "Want a fork?" No, Felix. I want to use my hands.
I guess a lot of the kids these days really need to learn customer service, may take some time. 🤷♀️ If you think my review is bad, with more childish laughing and games towards the customers, it will unfortunately get more worse than a bad review.

Read moreOk let me start by saying I normally have a good experience at this location. But this time was different. There is normally this nice older gentleman who takes the order at Drive thru. He was there as expected. Great! Everything is smooth so far. Get to the window and it's an older lady she looked upset already. No friendly smile, no hi or anything. I had never seen her before. Just the unfriendly type. So she's taking the payment so now for some reason the apple pay wasn't working. I tried it several times. So instead of me holding up the line I was nice enough to say "instead of holding up your line I will come around and come inside and pay at the register" remember at this point I don't know if it's their card reader or if it's my iPhone or Apple play acting up. She must've thought I was about to leave so she had an aggravated look. I came inside the store like I said I would. As I am entering the store I hear her saying something about me to the older gentleman (who was paying her no mind lol) while looking dead at me. Her customer service was so bad.
