Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I was at this Jack's location today, Sunday some time between 2:30pm and 3:30pm and it was thee worst. Waiting like 10-15 minutes in the drive through when I was the 2nd in line from the very start of my experience at this location, so not at all busy. So don't know what the hold up was. It was ridiculous. Almost felt like leaving the drive thru line as i was in a hurry and had only asked for an order of tacos and a medium curly fry with a cup of water with a slice of lemon, which btw the young man taking my order was shocked of my lemon request. I've always asked for this and others understand the assignment. This kid didn't so i told him not to worry about it. (His reaction was very strange to me, there's always slices of lemon wedges, i understand the self serve stations have been gone due to Covid, but the drive thru they are in charge rather than the customer.) Anywho, the tacos were poorly made. I know it ain't gourmet it's fast food, but it was bad. I thought there's no way you can mess that up! It just didn't taste right. And the curly fries were like the bottom of what was left of the curly fry batch they had, like only crumbs is what I got... not even complete curly fries. I come here often started coming about a week ago more frequently because I moved back to the area , always had good food , never got sick from here gone to this location for years . Just lately I've notice that the crew here do a great Job ! I recently was burned really bad were I had second degree burns I looked like Freddy cooger from a horror film I was treated with kindness and respect regardless of appearance. I just want the community to know we have hard working people here that do their best I wish I lived even closer just have the same awesome customer service you guys rock and have treated me very well . Very grateful to have such awesome people working and have workers actually be professional, it maybe labeled fast food here but in my books it's a restaurant that presents itself at a high standard other fast food chains should reflect in a team like this one thank you guys keep up the great work no good deed shouldn't go unrecognized! I literally just drove off the drive through and me and mom are in literal disbelief how rude the girl at the drive through window was. She was short and had red hair with piercings. We would talk to her and she would ignore us and then told us to go to the front very blunt and rude to wait on our order. My mom told her it was fine if she can add ranch and half way through her speaking to her she walks off Rudely and ignores my mom. Once she handed her the order outside my mom told her thank you and she ignored her and turned with an attitude and slammed the door.
