Stopped by around noon on a Saturday (June 11) The food isn't great. After eating their food, my stomach felt queasy. It doesn't taste like the typical things your mother could prepare for you at home. Aside from the cuisine, the customer service is atrocious. Nobody waits in line; you must either fight or be extremely patient to literally pay them and receive your food. I waited for a while only to be ordered to return to the line, which no one stayed in the beginning. They managed to rent a large space and had their counter wide open, yet they are unable to hear what the customers say just behind the food tray. Came here for a quick meal with my boyfriend around 2pm today. We ordered 4 item combo, a side of soup, and some sesame balls. Food was okay, but the two ladies who work there were so rude. We decided to eat there and only ate half of the food. When my boyfriend asked for another to-go box, the lady in the orange shirt charged him $0.50. I was shocked because I used to work at a pho restaurant and my former boss never charge anyone for an extra to-go container. The food alone is already more than enough to pay. After we were done and decided to leave, the second lady called out to us to put our food in the to-go bag. She then opened our leftover food container and made a comment about why we didn't eat everything. Never coming back here again after they both treated their customers...

The food is so so and the workers there make the food taste so much worse because they r the rudest Vietnamese people in orange county especially the ladies that has the arthritis. Not only r they tight with the condiments and green chilly. I spent $30 worth of food and had ordered white rice and 3 different meats which that was only good for 2 chile. Insisted that they can't give me just 1 more 3 cent chile, and the arthritis ladies started yelling at me with full yelling in front of other customers because I grabbed 3 chopsticks from the cup the hav.
