Lollicup — Restaurant in Garden Grove

Dissapointed. Horrible. I have been a regular customer here. I regret giving so many chances to this place. Whenever I ordered one portion of appetizers, it came out really good, but each time, for the 6th time now that Im keeping track of, I ordered three or more portions of the appetizers, it came out bland, no taste and basically, not the flavor I was hoping for. Spicy Lemon— no whatsoever lemon in it. Basically, Spicy Wings are same as Spicy Lemon wings. And... How can fish ball roes came out cold on the inside?! And the spicy popcorn chicken? Its totally not consistent flavoring. I always ended up recooking it or enhance the flavoring at home. One day it tastes so good, another day is like wheres the juiciness of the meat or the spice?! The one cooking either lazy or just tight on hands at the moment with so many orders.or just simply have no heart for cooking to satisfy the customers worth of money. The appetizers are not cheap for heaven sake owners and yet, I couldnt have a good meal?! Its toally a place mainly for kids who is either scared of to make complains or not knowing what good flavors are really.... But.... The drinks are great! The girls do a fantastic job! Even though I’m tempted so many times to come and ask for refunds due to the poor mamagement , I just know theres no point to come to try to change when I can be somewhere with better services. I seriously could make better wings and meat than that. Tea zone is so much better and I’m surprised to know Lollicups and Tea Zones owner is the same. I have put in a lot of time into thinking prior to finally making this review, because Lollicup (this location in particular) used to be my #1 go-to for so many years (2 to 3 years, to be exact), and I am not one to usually put in bad words for businesses, but because they have betrayed my loyalty so much I cannot let this one go.

There are more than one reasons why I stopped going because the staff they hired gave a lot of mean looks and put on very bad attitude in general. For instance, squinting eyes at you when you have inquiries about your order and/or looking annoyed OR even ignoring you when you ask them why your order is taking so long. One particular realistic example that happened to me was when I ordered fish balls with roes and had to wait 30 minutes for a single small bag to be ready for me to take. One shouldn't have to have waited that long for an appetizer, let alone a real meal. And even when I was getting really irritated and made a complaint as to why people who came way after me got their order made first, they simply brushed it off and did not answer the question. I may also add that it was NOT busy at all at the time.

Another reason is the ridiculous raise of price per item for a seemingly (unchanged) and rather small portion. Not worth the money, and after how bad the staff values customer service there, totally not worth coming back, perhaps ever again. I am done...

This location is the worst by far.The girl at the register is extremely rude when you ask her about the drink options and toppings she just rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs like a child.It is part of her job so I don’t understand why she had such an attitude problem.Ordered a drink and wanted to adjust the sweetness level and asked if she could adjust the level for us she said no and came up with some excuse but we know that every boba shop we have been to has adjusted or even replaced the drink every time we were not happy with the sweetness level or the drink.Boba guys , Boba Pop , lollipop in fountain valley , share tea , ding tea they have all adjusted it for us.The girl had such a bad attitude and terrible customer service skills.We will not be returning to that location save your money and time the appetizers are over priced and not consistent either.Good customer service and consistency is what keeps customers coming back why would I go spend my money where someone talks to you like you’re stupid if you have a question about a drink.It’s part of your job if you hate it then work...
