Pulled up to the drive-thru to order some new items on the menu. The order was correct on the display menu AND the person helping us did confirm whether or not we ordered the correct item.
We got to the window and paid for our food. As we were waiting for our food, we heard the employees talking about the customer behind us. It is very unprofessional to leave rude remarks about other customers...especially about how often they come or what they order. You should be able to joke with the customer, not make jokes about them. For that reason, I refuse to come back to this location.
Regarding our personal experience, we got our order and realized they gave us the wrong item and there were no sauce packets. Who eats Taco Bell without hot sauce?
As we went back to resolve the issue, the employees were adamant that we were wrong and had ordered the wrong item. They could have just looked at the receipt and conclude that we paid for something else. Employees did immediately give us the correct item. Before leaving, we also asked for our missing sauce packets, but they had asked us if we wanted more of what was previously "given". RUDE. I understand you might have a bad day at work, but that is not an excuse. A team effort mess. Thanks.

But today it didn't have much flavor at all. I called the store and let the girl know about the water down coffee they gave me and said it comes made already like that but then says they add the pumped syrups to it. Like really they probably didn't add enough to my drink SMH 😕 she didn't offered for me to go back and get a new one. I paid for this coffee & usually get it & its always good on flavor not too little not too much but today wasn't it tasted like water. I would think she would know what to do in this situation but apparently not. This is my go to taco bell but I was unsatisfied with the hot cinnamon delight, the way she handled the situation, and the costumer service. Will be going to a different taco bell from now on. This location is convenient, it literally is across the street from where we live, but I would rather drive further away than spend another cent at this location. They are extremely stingy with their food portions. My loaded beef nachos are always meager looking, lacking the actual nacho or tortilla chips and the supposed loaded beef is close to invisible. I could probable count on both hands how many actual tortilla chips came with my order. The chicken burritos are more like air burritos. Where's the chicken?? The crunchy tacos are so flat, there is hardly any meat, cheese, or lettuce in there. Going to other locations that do a great iob at making your order, you can totally see the difference in the portions you get!!
