Seat are small and close to each other so you can have good conversation. They play some medium volume music or tv show. So you can have conversations. Ok decorating. The server can be improved.

Outside dining only, to incredibly loud, obnoxious music. I have a hard time believing this is the atmosphere of the streets of Saigon. Go over to Brookhurst and choose from the many choices....
