I went it go buy bread one time to see if it was good since it was my first time, and also because I wanted to see if they made good cakes so I bought a slice of coconut cake when I got home and notice it had mold, I also bought a pistachio piece of bread it tasted like it was old. I don't know what the heck made me think to give them a second chance and order a cake for my daughter's second birthday, I told the main lady who does the cakes to make me a RED VELVET cake,I told her especially the way I wanted my cake, I even told her please don't disappoint me. To my luck at the very day of the party I cut the cake and it was CHOCOLATE! it was dry, the filling was something else I never order. So so disappointed, I called the lady who made my cake the week after I got the cake, and told me she did exactly what I told her, It's hard to believe that she just couldn't admit that she did everything wrong, how is it possible they have a business where they just don't care what a costumer pay them to do. She kept repeating that I was wrong and she did what I told her, what a piece of LIER. This lady needs to take critics to become better and listen to their costumers request, that why they get paid, not what they feel like it or what they want. I can attest for this place. Ordered a cake from this amazing Bakery for my wedding and the cake was beautiful and delicious. I just wanted a simple cake but Liz went above and beyond. She even personally delivered it to my wedding and decorated there. Liz was so welcoming and I knew she wanted me to have a beautiful wedding. My whole wedding party loved it. People don't usually eat cakes at the wedding but people ate this one. These negative reveiw do not seem legitimate. I'm a 100% sure they are lies. I referred this place to a friend of mine and he too loved it and thanked me for the referral. If don't believe me come and try it out yourself. I recently had a disappointing experience at this bakery. To start with, the bread that I purchased was old and hard. It was evident that the bread had been sitting out for a while as it was dry, stale, and not appetizing at all.

Moreover, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged my presence. Instead, the workers were chatting amongst themselves. It's unacceptable for an establishment to provide such poor customer service.
