This place is very helpful to keep us traveling forward with clean and dry clothes during our vacation - price is great too.

Visited twice. First at 6.30-8pm, seems like the peak hours, it was super busy, and loud. Had dinner at the nearby restaurant (Waba) while waiting. We were walking from/to the hotel, it was a bit shady around the Plaza.

Second at 9am, we took the car. So much better, there were only few tourists and the place was cleaner. Did grocery at Target across the street while waiting.

Prices: $1.75 for single load machine. $2.25 for 2 loads/20lbs. $3 for 3 loads/30lbs. $4.75 for large washer/55lbs. 25¢/cycle for the dryer.

They have quarter change machine and detergent vending machine. Everything has clear instructions and easy to operate.

Single load machine took about 45 minutes (the initial display said 30 minutes). Dryer has 3 heat settings (hot, medium, warm). On "Hot", display said 20 minutes but checked after 15 minutes and...

A little disappointed in the amount of machines down. I had 2 loads here, 1 load there and another elsewhere. Never realized how little amount of top load washers you had. One person came in with about 10 loads, using the majority of them. That same person did a larger washer on her back side only for the water to spill out all over the place. A gentleman that was doing his towels for his car detailing business offered up his towels. When the attendant came in she advised him of the situation and the assistance she received from a stranger. All he said was "ok", glad you cleaned up. She offered the gentleman to...

If I could put zero I would. My husband and I come frequently, for the most part it’s a clean establishment. However, the elder man that is here in the evenings is rude. I’m not one to be confrontational but he is rude every time with everyone. We politely asked if he could say excuse me when he’s sweeping or wiping down the tables. All he did was laugh at what we asked. Mind you , it’s 6:50pm , the place closes at 10pm. He moves your items and brushes that broom past your feet. I’m fine with taking my business elsewhere. Sad, because I really like it here. Just not his poor character, especially coming...
