Taqueria Saucedo — Restaurant in Garden Grove

I’ve been coming here since I was 5 years old. Now I’m 30 and bring my kids. It used to be an amazing place till now. I just walked out of there for the rude service from the waitress and the owner. I could not believe how they were serving everyone that came in after me and not everyone had a phone order. Most ppl in there where dine in customers. I got 3 sodas and a Jamaica. They charged me $9 just for that. And all because they got mad that I canceled my order due to their bad service. Wow. Service down the drain and prices went sky high. Sheesh. I want to love this place but my few experiences have been rough. I'm local and love burritos and Mexican food but felt ripped off the last few times I've gone.

Called an order in prior to walking over and when I arrived they confirmed my order then made it..

Told my son I'd never go back but since they're so close I'll probably go back. Nothing wrong with them, probably just my experience and minor language barrier.

As far as burritos go, this is probably a 5/10 in terms of how good they are. I've had amazing burritos and although it is authentic Mexican food it just isn't bomb or mouthwatering.

Maybe more cheese, less meat? Try them and tell...

I called around 20 min ago to order a birria quesadilla and I received terrible service from the lady who answered even though I told her that I was not familiar with the restaurant, she did not have the patience with me to explain to me well about the quesadilla, she immediately gave me attitude and she also seemed annoyed so I decided to end the call, there was no point in continuing to deal with someone who only makes her feel like it's hard for her to do her job.

I don't recommend that place at all because if the service is like this over the phone, then how will it...
