I was there to treat my niece because she was hungry and didn't have Mexican food for a month. She ordered a wet burrito: cheese melted ok, sauce looked a little heavy, burrito was huge but the meat was lacking salt and for being a grilled asada wet burrito I was expecting meat not to look as if it was boiled meat - meat should st least have a bit of crisp texture from a grill. About the sauce on the burrito; it seemed heavy due to too many guajillo chiles boiled, got a bit of bitterness from the excess - that sauce should have been pasilla, guajillo and ancho chiles would taste a whole lot better. Sauce was also bit salty for my taste. She also ordered agua de Jamaica and was given a nasty grape flavored drink "NADA QUE VER".
I in the other hand ordered 2 large tacos Al Pastor @$4.90ea and taste nothing like Al Pastor meat was lacking cumin, chipotle, dry chiles, orange juice, pineapple juice etc - the red salsa was horrible tacos were in a single tortilla and should have been double due to taco size and cost. The tortilla was drowned in oil imagine single tortilla enough meat and tacos meat falls all over the place. On top of that, they did not give me cilantro, cebolla no limón or carrot jalapeño curtido, no rabanos etc. Not going going to apologize for giving a one star review. I know REAL MEXICAN FOOD!!
Lady in the evening was not courteous at all but neither was the cook. How does this place stay in business?
My niece doesn't know real Mexican food and she's half 😂😂😂👌I guess I have to take her to Sinaloa, Mazatlan, Altata, Tecate, Jalisco 😆 hell even closer Tacos El Gordo in TJ lol ok. Maybe HP or LB to my ex brother in laws...
Read moreI stay at the Torrance Courtyard by Marriott Hotel every time I come and drill with United States Coast Guard one weekend every month, and I'm not sure about you but it's very reassuring that I can grab some very good Mexican food anytime I'm here around my schedule, unless I'm crazy enough to stay up until past 2 a.m. the following pictures or the pictures of that you will see on the slideshow either above or below this comment, it's just good food when I come up in order and I see a guy working hard in the back, I don't know what his day has been like what he's been through but I can see him going from task to task and this is my way of rewarding him somehow some way by showing pictures of the food that he prepared so diligently for me, just another hot burrito for a white man passing through Crenshaw, but I thoroughly appreciate him and I appreciate this spot...... thank you Los Tres potosinos's...
Read moreMy time visiting here today. I was running an early morning errands on this side of town and I remember someone at work mentioned that they have a very good breakfast burritos.
I went through the drive thru with only one car ahead of me. I ordered two breakfast burritos, one with chorizo and the other with steak. Be prepared to wait a bit since they make everything fresh. I waited no more than 10 minutes. The service was very friendly. I asked for an extra salsa and he was accommodating.
I couldn't wait to get home since it smells so delicious and it was hot. It was still very warm when I got home. The burritos are very nice size and portions. The chorizo was loaded, they did not skimp at all. Flavorful! And the tortilla is so awesome. I think they make it fresh in house. The salsa was perfect. It was so filling and already full that I didn't even get to eat the steak burritos. I saved...
