KFC — Restaurant in Gardner

I ordered online at 12:12 pm for 3 items for pick up. When I arrived at the KFC store at 8 Pearson Blvd. I asked one of the KFC for the order I'm picking up. She told me to look for my name on the bag that is on the rack beside the cashier. I saw my order and got it and left. At home, I took out the food from the bag and found out that one of the order is missing. I quickly called the store and stated that I'm missing one of the order. I spoke with the Manager -Austin Bambino. Of course-knowing that they made a mistake-he apologized and asked me to come back and they will give me the missing order. The thing is- I will be driving 40 miles round trip to get the missing order which I did not want to do. I asked if they could refund the amount of the item. He claimed he cannot do that due to this being an online order ( that is B.S). As a manager- Mr. bambino should be double checking the online orders his employees fill out to avoid any mistake. My mistake is not to check the items while I was there. I did not do this because I trust that they would have enough time to prepare and made sure the order is correct. This is my favorite place to eat! I LOVE THEM but not the staff, they need to pay attention..I hate it because everytime i go there which is atleast once a week or more latley they forget soemthing i order..they never add something in I should have because I paid and ordered it , but no they forget something I pay for instead of add something lol, for real though it really upsets me..im a mom and I live in orange so I dont have time at 7 at night to call because they forgot things so I end up never getting it cause I'm not driving back a half hour each way..ive probly spent 20 bucks in the past few months just on things they forgot..ive been eating out a lot cause we're looking for apartments till late at night and it's easiest to get something and there where we go cause I love them they just need to work on double checking and making sure people get there right order they pay for..i def deserve a few free meals but that won't happen to busy to call them with...

Very, very disappointed. I will not be going back until they bring back popcorn chicken.

The last time I went they had just stopped serving popcorn chicken and the cashier 'highly' recommended their new nuggets. They were the most disgusting nuggets I've ever eaten. They were full of fat, the slimy kind. They tasted nothing like the secret recipe. I wasted a whole lot of money.

After that experience I looked online and saw that they still served popcorn chicken in their bowls. I thought maybe I could get a deconstructed bowl so I could once again enjoy my kfc. However, they have since switched over to nuggets in their bowls. So once again I left hungry and sad.

I really don't understand why they chose to stop serving the popcorn chicken as so many people are upset and complaining about it online and in person.
