Jade II — Restaurant in Gardner

I ordered for a delivery to my house, I waited for about 40 minutes, the food still didn’t come. So I called them and then they said the food left and is on it’s way to me. Then an hour goes by, still haven’t received my food, I call again, they say that it is in transit. And other half and hour goes by, so I call again and they tell me that they never charged my card. Then they make me go to the store and get my food. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT??? I waited TWO HOURS for food that never came. I am very mad about this and will never be ordering from this...

Ok.... Let me tell you why Jade was so good. I went there years ago when they first opened and it was am awful experience, I tried food there two more times before I decided that I would not eat there again. They had a fire and after the place reopened, I tried it just one more time, it wasn't good. Totally messed up order. Got a whole lot of vegetables and steak. My son ordered a steak dish. I ordered seafood and some fried rice. Don’t eat steak. All we got was steak and in one dish, the steak was fatty and inedible. Everything was tasteless and mushy. Crab rangoons and chicken fingers were good.
