Richard the Manager was completely unprofessional and rude when I originally called to inquire about my order. I was sitting in my living room (5 feet from my front door), for over an hour when I finally called to ask about if there was a delay. I was nice and courteous at first, just wondering if it was still heading out or if it was already out for Delivery. Richard told me to check my front porch (It was 34° outside). So I checked my front porch, and low and behold, my pizzas were there. I told him I didn't order "Contact-less Delivery", and that nobody knocked or rang my doorbell. Before I could finish, he said, "Alright, have a good night." And hung up. When I opened my pizza and breadsticks, they were cold. So I called back to get a refund. When I did, he told me he had to "Take the drivers word" in this "He said, she said scenario", because it would set a dangerous precedent if they believed the customer. Especially if the customer ordered "Hand me the Pizza", and then the delivery driver leaves it on the porch in freezing temperatures. God forbid they make things right when they make a mistake. I guess I'll have to just have to file a complaint with Richard, since he clearly is neglecting his job as a Manager when it comes to customer service.

One pizza wasn't made the way I requested, as I had seen them put the garlic oil on that was not supposed to be there (order was hanging right in front of the person cutting/boxing, they looked at it multiple times and still put the garlic on it.) Person at the register puts my other pizza and side under the heat to keep it warm while other pizza is in the oven. They then remake said pizza, the correct way. I then get home to see that the second pizza is definitely not mine, nor the side is what I ordered. So, not only was my order messed up, but also the other person who was looking forward to a green olive, bacon, and sausage pizza. Called and was offered to come back, store credit, or refund. I took the refund option as I will no longer be placing orders with this franchise store. I apologize to the person who received my Philly steak pizza and Parm bites, I would have enjoyed them more, especially after looking forward to them...
