Perhaps you should really read the post below again! I was trying to remain positive about the past experience I had and to let you know that you do have a serious underlying problem! I could've ended up in the hospital over Brandon not listening to my urgent need!
Please reread this and then get back to me!
1st the positive part! Been coming to this location because of the great service and great food! Server Travis is awesome and we will wait for him from now on our not eat until he is back at work!
Nevertheless, this time is different. !
*#2 I asked for my burger to be well done, with NO tomatoes because I am very ALLERGIC to them when they are raw. )
*#3 I explained that to our server Brandon but he could give a hoot! He was rude and he took forever to bring us our drinks and napkins I asked for.
*#4 Brandon finally took our order and again, I asked my burger to be well done and absolutely no tomatoes. Well, it came out with extra tomatoes and not well done but, red in the middle.
*5 He was very rude because I asked him to please take it back. There was no way it was a new burger! Because I could see tomato seeds when it was floppedin front of me. My husband was upset because it could've put me in the hospital and when he flagged Brandon down, he told him yeah, in a minute he will be there!!
*#6 The fact is, Another employee saw we were upset and came over to see what she could do. All the way from a accrosed the restaurant from the other section she saw us and came to help! Not Brandon! He was too worried about seating other guest in his area. Never came back to us once! Another employee brought us the new burger and poured more drinks for us.
*7 We were ready to go and pulled up the bill to pay but was not sure how to redeem our rewards. Again my husband motioned for Brandon to help but.... instead he stayed behind the bar and yelled out how to redeem it! He wasn't busy! Just too lazy to help! We were very done with him and my husband asked if he could leave the tip for the other lady since she was the one who helped? He said oh, yeah yeah yeah! I will make sure she gets it! I know my husband trust way to much because I know she didn't get it! Which is sad.
We will continue to come back but will wait for our waiter Travis and will NOT let Brandon serve us. This was not the 1st time we had Brandon and he was the same rude guy then as well. I let it go the 1st time but decided to say something this time. As I explained, been coming to this Chilis for years and we don't live around the corner! We drive in from Fate, TX just to dine here because of the great service with Travis and other server However, had to tell you about Brandon. Also, he was rude to others who was there this day as well.... just wanted to share this with you. Just incase you want to know,
I hope this time you will really read and respond to the disappointment we had. I feel let down because I don't think this was taken serious enough!

Read moreWe were greeted by two very unhappy looking hostesses who weren't very friendly. We immediately did not feel welcome. I'm not sure if they sat us in a closed off section, if the server was at full capacity or MIA...but we sat without being greeted for a bit. A server who already seemed busy and rushed, stopped by and asked if we had been helped. She said she'd be our server. She was pleasant but seemed VERY busy already. We ordered and everything came out quickly. We had to request napkins which felt odd. My salad was like soup. There was so much dressing and it must have been put immediately on after our order was placed because the lettuce was soggy. Our server asked how everything was but walked off before I could answer. When she walked by again I asked for extra lettuce to try to salvage my salad. She brought me a small bowl of lettuce, apologized and rushed off again. We hadn't been eating long when she stopped by and asked if we needed boxes. She said it was because our son had sat back in his seat. Our plates were still full. We maybe had our entrees 3 minutes. My husband had a tortilla in his hand spooning meat and toppings for his FIRST fajita which made us feel rushed & like our time was up. My husband said "churn and burn!" in regards to a server trying to flip their tables for extra cash. We even watched a nice couple be sat, never greeted and eventually got up & left so we didn't feel alone. We just happen to have got there a few minute before the rush to be completely ignored. To be fair, our server was nice but we barely saw her. We had to flag her down since she barely checked on us. We didn't even get offered a water refill. She seemed surprised that we wanted to take all of our leftovers home which again made us feel weird. We would like to eat all of the food we paid for. We will just finish it at home since you are rushing us out the door. This was my birthday dinner and my husband's Father's Day meal as well. We don't eat out much so this was a treat and special occasion for us. I am a former server of casual and fine dining so I know things happen beyond your control and really tried to be forgiving giving the benefit of the doubt. I still tipped her nicely even though I felt and feel horribly disappointed. My husband asked me if I was happy we went there and I told him no. It feels like throwing $70 in the trash. I would have rather just grabbed fast food instead. This pic is of my salad AFTER I added the extra bowl of lettuce. I took it home but it truly belongs in the garbage. We will not be dining here again. We'll go to...
Read moreMay 6, 2022: Went to have a couple of drinks and a burger with my fiancee around 3pm at the bar area. It was not very busy. Wylie, a Caucasian female, was the bartender. She greeted us, and a male server took our drink order. She brought our drinks, and was supposed to return to take our food order. We observed as she went to two or three different tables to close out their tabs, then went to two other table to tend to customers who had arrived AFTER we did. We got the sense that she did not want to take our order, or intended to take her sweet time getting to us. We also got the sense that her actions were racially motivated, as I'm Hispanic, and my fiancee is African American. I was also wearing a Navy Retired ballcap. Nonetheless, we did not feel welcomed. The bartender eventually came to our table, and I asked to speak with the manager. I explained our concerns to him, explained that we would pay for my beer, that we didn't want the other drink, and that we just wanted to leave this establishment. The manager's reaction did not give me a great sense of confidence that our concerns would be addressed with his bartender. He only offered to take our food order. We weren't comfortable with that, and I find his feeble response lacking. I find it hard to believe that as restaurants are recovering from the decline in business due to COVID, and attempting to fill staffing shortages, that racial discrimination exist at this particular location. It was quite unsettling and disappointing. We took our business elsewhere. This was not a good look for Chili's.
July 2019: Was with a party of 4, celebrating a birthday. Our server, Kira, was pretty awesome!. She was very attentive, ensured that we were good, and got the crew around to sing Happy Birthday when they brought the dessert. The restaurant was remodeled in Jan-Feb 2019, and no longer allows smoking. I spoke with the manager Michael, and complemented him on the interior remodel. Our food was great, and the food presentation was impressive. Overall, a...
