It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Garland

Worst experience. I am a frequent customer. But this location is horrible. I ordered chips & salsa which I never received. The waiter took a very long time to come check on us to get us a refill. I ordered mashed potatoes which were extremely dark yellow & had a bad taste, the steak was not tender, was very tough & chewy. Had lots of nerve. Not good and it was over cooked. I told the waiter & he got the manager. The manager was rude and had an attitude. Started doing hand motions and saying " what do you want me to do " several times. I told him that the mashed potatoes were not good. And that this not my 1st time eating here and the mashed potatoes have never tasted like this. He said ok. & walked away. Never got an apology. Bad customer service, ...

Have you ever had a meal so bad, that it caused you emotional damage? These chicken wings and fries did that, and more. Every time we took a bite from those wings you could hear the chickens screaming while they were sacrificed to Satan before they were cooked (or re-cooked) for us. The poor quality of the wings told us a story of chicken lives filled with horror, torture, and pain. The fries were so old, we thought they were made from the ashes of the last dying tree in an ancient forest, and they tasted like it, too. This was a surreal experience. We shall never order demon wings nor haunted fries from this place ever...

Worst wings I've ever had in my life! Omg 😳 I never knew they could be that bad! I don't know how they are still open? They all look burnt taste like rubber ... It's horrible I would never in my life order this but my husband forced me to try. And it was bad. Honestly I wish we could get our 50+ dollars back ... And door dash had nothing to do with how bad these wings were! They were bad all on their own! They were burnt so black and tasted like y'all made them yesterday. You couldn't pay me to ever try those...
