A survey is voluntary, so this survey will be 100% of my free will. started with the intercom, "order when you're ready" no greeting no suggestion a bland order when you're ready. I asked "I'm sorry what was that?" to be greeted again with the same monotone message "order when you're ready" upon completing my order I was told "you'll get your total at the second window" upon nearing the window, expecting to be greeted and being told my total and completing my transaction i was greeted by a back turned to me leaning up against the window while alexis (its what the receipt says my cashiers name was) conversating with her other 2 coworkers while they waited for my food to bag it up. Not a single time did she turn to greet, say hi, or even TELL ME MY TOTAL AND PAY MY AMOUNT OWED. about 5 min went by and she finally turned around and handed me my bag of food. to which I responded "as far as I'm concerned I already paid for my food since you've already handed me my bag without collecting my payment or even telling me how much I owed yet" with an akward snide smirk on her face she followed up with a thumbs up. to which my response was " you're giving me a thumbs up but as for you and your service I'm giving you a thumbs down. Not once did you turn around to greet me or actually do your job and tell me how much I owed but what ever (there was some adult language being used pertaining to the service I received but I won't post on here so that it doesn't prevent the survey from generating to the public) " while I confronted her about her less than sub par service she gave the other 2 Co workers stood there dumbfounded at the fact that someone had the audacity to call them out on the representation of the company and failure to perform the task at hand they were being paid to complete. none the less I got home to enjoy my food which never disappoints unlike the staff at this particular location AT 1102 EAST NORTHWEST HIGHWAY...
Read moreNothing has changed at this place since I wrote the below. You should stop by around 6pm and watch the line of cars grow as operations here completely fall apart. They clear a car at the drive thru every 3 or 4 minutes resulting in traffic backed out onto NW Hwy.
For whatever reason, this is the worst run Cane's in DFW. Whatever magic happens with service at other Cane's is just not present here.
Original Review: I'm a Cane's fan but if this was your only Cane's experience, you would never return to another one.
Just a bizarre experience. I don't know how many times I yelled "extra Canes sauce" at the speaker and the dude just couldn't get it...i couldn't hear him either. Their speaker sucks. Ordered my toast B.O.B. style (butter on both sides) and got bread toasted on both sides but only buttered on one. This isn't the first time this location has screwed up my order. The staff here just doesn't care and that must trickle down from store management.
Every other Canes I've visited is top notch. This place is like you've stepped into the twilight zone and no one cares about anything. The other locations spoil you with good service but here you never know what you're actually gonna get food-wise.
I get it. First world problems. But easy...
Read moreCame here for dinner around 8:30pm I want to say, and sat in the long drive thru.
I ordered 2 box combos, with fries extra crispy, teas and an extra coleslaw on the side. Simple, right?
What I got instead. 1 coleslaw for 2 box combo meals, soggy/flimsy fries that weren’t even enough to equal a small fry in each box, maybe the size of a toddler fist or just sprinkled in. No plastic wear.
I went back around and parked, due to the drive thru still being extremely long and went inside with my receipt to tell them I’m missing two out of three coleslaws, one that was supposed to come with the second meal and the extra I had paid for on the side. I even checked my receipt to see if they added it on there, and they did.
The cash register guy was nice enough, didn’t need my receipt and told them to promptly get the two coleslaws, however the gentleman in the back threw the small Togo container with attitude to the point it slid and almost popped open.
Two stars, and one of those stars is for the gentleman at the register that was nice.
Canes typically has decent service, so this was an experience that was...
