Soprano's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Garland

Well I’m writing this as I angrily wait for my delivery to come...for the 3RD TIME tonight! First order ok it was a mix up and they gave someone my calzone and gave me the other person Stromboli’s I had to wait for them to redo the order and bring it...asked for a partial refund or something and got a well we’re bringing it by for free....OK I’ve already paid a delivery and tippe d $6 so it SHOULD BE FREE...well that order comes and it’s STILL a Stromboli just with the ingredients I asked for on my Calzone 😤 I call back and it’s been 40 mins I haven’t received my CORRECT ORDER and they refuse to refund me and tell me I could possibly get some sort of discount on my next order but can’t let me know what???? I am so Upset and frustrated and WILL NOT RETURN!! It’s been 2 hours and still no food 😤😤😤😤 Update:

I’m in tears right now I don’t have money to be Wasting and he was so rude when I went up there because the order I was told was coming never showed and they would not answer the phone and won’t refund me says he wasted money making my order twice no u made my order gave it to the wrong person then gave me a undercooked meal...

Sopranos pizza .. where do I even begin let me start by saying the foooood is amazing all the employees there love their job and cook out of love , absolutely grateful for this place nothing to complain about except for the fact that it is slept on !! More people should be coming in once you’ve tried one thing you’ll always be coming back for more I guarantee it !! Anyone who has bad things to say are just ungrateful because they have worked here and got fired because the owner doesn’t hire inadequate, lazy and unprofessional people . The owner is totally understanding and handles situations in the way they should be handled leaving the customers happy . The service is great although sometimes it gets very busy and hectic you should just be more understanding that they won’t always be able to give you their full attention but they will provide you with whatever you ask for !! And for the people saying things about bugs and whatnot the place wouldn’t be up and running with plenty of people coming thru the doors if that was true !! Don’t let any bad reviews stop you from experiencing this...

Embarrassingly bad service and food. No way this place isn't a money laundering scheme and that's no exaggeration. We dined in and were their only customers for the entire time, at least 45 minutes. We ordered a medium pizza with Canadian bacon and pepperoni, we recieved a pepperoni and pineapple pizza (who orders that?). I told the waitress, who must've been the same one from another review that described the staff as zombie-like, and she tells me it'll be fixed. She comes back a minute later with the same pizza with all the pineapple removed (obviously by hand) and with a bunch of ham tossed on top and tried to pass it as a different pizza. Obviously the pizza still tasted like pineapple and when we brought it up to them it was like we were speaking Klingon or something and the manager wanted me to come back another time to try it again. I don't think I've ever seen a couple people look as confused and like they had no idea what to do in a restaurant in my life. If the health department doesn't shut this place down for how disgusting it was, there is no...
