They're pretty hit and miss. There's three baristas that I can count on to make my orders right (more often than not lately) and quick. This location is usually clean, stocked with proper ingredients more often than not and service is usually pretty quick- sometimes it's one or two employees holding things up, sometimes it's the customers, often it's a combo of the two. The menu here is not as varied as other locations. I was extremely disappointed to miss out on some of the holiday offerings (brown sugar shortbread lattés) because corporate didn't offer them in my geographical area. They were shown on the app, they were listed as available- until you tries to place the actual order. Oh- and when you pick up your order, it is YOUR responsibility to grab a drink carrier, sleeves for hot drinks, straws and the sticks that plug the lid to stop spills. If you buy bagged coffee, make sure you TELL them you want it ground as they won't ask, nor will they ask HOW you want it ground and the last time I didn't even get the flavor I ordered but didn't notice until I got home. This location either knocks it out of the park or fails,...
Read moreI’d like to preface that this review is intended for the franchise owners. Your Starbucks is understaffed. Having 3-4 people making everyone’s mid-day break’s coffee is horrible.
Been here 2 days in a row. First day they handed me the wrong drink— and I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my order. Second time, I am sitting at the booth and no one takes my order for 14 minutes. I pull to the window since no one responded to me. They then ask me to pull to the front and I wait another 20 minutes…
I spent my whole break waiting on a single coffee and it tasted horrible. I always get this drink and it never tastes like this.
I have a 30 minute break. I can’t wait half an hour for you to give me a single drink. In both instances I was first in line with no one in front of me, but I somehow received my order after everyone else. I forgot to mention nobody brought me my drink— I had to get out my car and pick it up myself. If I didn’t—who knows when they would’ve given it to me.
It is already bad enough that this location is riddled with homeless. I can’t even imagine how people work...
Read moreI'm am writing about the location on Broadway and I-30 in S. Garland. I go almost every day to this location early or mid afternoon. Been going there since it opened. The people who work there are amazing. I'd like to say that Kathy, Denise, Sophia and Maddie are the sweetest hard working people there. My frappacino is rather lengthy and they always make sure it is perfect. Some recognize me at the order board and know what I want and also if I go inside without even saying. They treat you like you are a good friend. These ladies deserve to be recognized personally. You always here about the bad but rarely the good. The people making negative comments must have been talking about a different location because I didn't recognize anyone's name. Yes, the parking lot can be a challenge but it's not the employees fault. I went in there the day the Unicorn drink came out because I didn't want to sit in the long drive thru and they were all busting their butts to get all of the orders taken care of. Kind of a small area where they are making drinks. LADIES,...
