Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Garland

I never leave reviews but this will be my first. I ordered delivery through Grub Hub. When I received this order, it was incorrect. I called the rest to let them know. The guy who answered the phone didn't even let me finish - cut me off and told me I needed to contact Grub Hub. I went on to finish and tell him what my order was - he tells me that Grub Hub made the mistake - they placed the order for a cheese pizza not a pepperoni. I told him I was looking at the order and see pepperoni. He kept cutting me off - I was still trying to get the pepperoni pizza - he rude argumentative and refused to give his name. Anyhow, I ordered the pizza went and picked it up. I just was taken back by how rude and so not helpful he was. It was like he was just trying to fight. Also I sent Grub Hub a notice - they immediately refunded my money for the order. They were great! This is the only location I come to and the only order I ever place with them. I am annoyed by this one employee - I don't usually have a problem with...

Pizza hack!! Order ONLINE! Go to specials. Get the Carry Out special. 1 Large Pizza for 7.99. You can add stuffed crust to it at the end if you want. (It's cheaper to do it that way that to get a Stuffed crust from the beginning).

Then go pick it up. It's the BEST deal. Little Caesars was my go to but since they have been raising their price for their hot and ready (6.99 as of typing this) you only save a dollar. If you get a 1 topping pizza (besides Only Pepperoni or only Cheese) from LC It's $1.50 extra so that's 8.49 BEFORE tax. I get a large Muchroom or a Large Sausage. So it only makes sense to get the Papa John's carry out special. It's the cheapest deal to get a large 1 topping pizza... and it's going to taste good.

AND when you order online, you earn Papa Dough and can use that Dough to pay for a future order. I've gotten like 10 free pizzas buy earning Papa Dough.

This is why Papa John's is now my "go to" place. It's the best value for your dollar. Lowest prices for a 1 topping pizza thst ISNT...

Horrible horrible horrible first time in years I ordered delivery a few weeks ago it took almost an hour for delivery and not all of our order made it I had to get into my car and drive to the location to get the rest of it. Driver said I had to call and get refunded the items that didn't make it. (No I ordered them for a reason, so I went to pick them up.) The company apologized and sent us a free two topping pizza coupon. Well tonight me being tired and decided to try it one more time. Online ordering with this coupon was terrible had to do this do that navigate here to do this. And finally after checking out I get a notification it'll be two hours before delivery. So I decided to go pick it up myself I called made arrangements got it home opened the box to find it's the wrong pizza.
