Donut Palace — Restaurant in Garland

Just came from here this morning and called back to apologize. The reason I was calling back was because I thought I had been overcharged when in fact I was at the wrong donut place and here the prices are a little more. So I was just calling to apologize to the ladies here when she hung up the phone in my face. I called back trying to explain then she claimed she doesn’t speak English. But saying I don’t speak English and there was no problem here yesterday is actually speaking English, go figure. So it may seem like just another donut place, but my wife grabbed me an old-fashioned. I’ve gone to a couple of places around here, and didn’t really have high expectations, and my first comment on tasting this was that to me, this is the platonic ideal of an old-fashioned donut. Not sure if we came on a bad day in general. My family and I stopped by before heading to church Sunday morning and the service was not it. Lady was VERY RUDE. Food not much variety of it, also the kolaches made us all sick after eating. I don’t like doing bad reviews , but how does a business know what’s their con if they don’t get real reviews.
