Just went to this Subway on Northwest Hwy. A young woman with no name tag wanted to take my order so I ordered what I order at least once a week ... A turkey bacon and guacamole wrap but without bacon.. The young woman proceeded to tell me that would be a turkey wrap and I would have to pay 75 cents EXTRA for the guacamole. She stated since I wasn't getting bacon that I would be ordering a turkey wrap and she was charging extra for what is included on the wrap I asked for. Unbelievable and she stated her Manager insists that this be done even though her Manager was not there this evening. (I order it this way every time and have never had an employee say this before. I wonder if her Manager insists they don't wear name tags too.)She passed the tortilla with Turkey down the line and did not ask what cheese I wanted, the guacamole was all but empty and she put less than 1/2 a scoop on the wrap and wanted me to pay extra. When I mentioned that there wasn't enough guacamole she told me I was being ridiculous! I wonder if the Manager insists on insulting regular customers as well? At This point my husband told the very rude employee that we are taking our business elsewhere. I really enjoyed eating at this location until this evening .. We won't be back. Horrible! There are plenty of Subways ... Don't bother...

Laura, the assistant manager (so she called herself) was rude and did not know how to do math. Stated to me that I was under charged when came back to the shop to tried to get my overcharged of $7.25. One may say, well it was only $7.25, but really the principal is, is that how Subway operates? She definitely slacks off customer service skills. I left my phone number to have the Luis (the Regional manager, so she claimed) and she said he would tell me the same thing. Do the math or have him do the math for you, if you advertised free sub when you buy 32oz drink and a sub, you should get a free sub, no questions asked, right? Please beware, this is not the place you want to go eat, plus look at the comments others are saying, too bad I did not read them before stepping...
Read moreI never do these but this is ridiculous . I’m here 2-3 times a week & have been coming for the past couple of months .. the service is on and off , today was the worst it’s ever been ! First I had to make the lady take the fly out of my Sandwhich . Thank god I was watching it being made every second . None of the food is covered ! Angelica or Angelina is always rude , I’m usually having a good day and don’t let petty stuff like this get to me but she’s constantly rude to other customers and my self personally . It’s Like she hates working there . To top it off the ice had mold in it ! I’d be more than happy to speak to the store owner which I was told by an employee goes by Brad ?
