DAZED AND CONFUSED Great beer, great food, locker room service? ..The food was was amazing . Just what i expect from a BWW. I was a little confused with the wait staff rubbing their shoeless feet as soon as I entered the front door ( first time seeing that in a BWW, maybe I'm new here?). I understand the "sports bar " atmosphere, but I didn't want to feel like I was eating in a locker room. The hostess was seating us and the told the waitress "another for you". The waitress / busboy( not sure after our time there) got pissy and rolled her eyes ,stated " ughh ,not another one" .. we weren't expecting that seeing as the restaurant wasn't closing for another 2 hours .The hostess/ waitress (who knows what position ) seated us in a still trash filled booth including a knife , a crayon, some fries , a spoon , a napkin ,a menu .All under the table ,in which none was given to us without asking exempt the menu. But considering no one knew what position they held ,I can't blame it on the hostess/waitress/busboy? The woman with the short blonde hair that kept picking up trash with her hand and throwing back under the table so she could continue sweeping the same table FOR 30 MINUTES! Was a little discouraging to me and my wife since we have now made a easily sweep able pile of trash next to our table with our feet after 30 MINUTES. Even though the waitress?/ busboy? With the short blonde hair walked past us multiple times so she could loop around and get that pestint trash that kept "appearing " under that table FOR 30 MINUTES! But we all know how crazy trash can be so I can't blame her. With minor confusion with my drink , food was excellent, beer was cold. After asking ,we even got napkins. Price was great. That's what I love about BWW. Nothing can be blamed on anybody because we all know how insane trash, and titles ,and job duties , and manors , and courtesy , and feet, and how hard it is to deal with customers. But when another group of customers came in and they were given the cleaned booths across the dining area from us, and were actually waited on. That threw us way off. Considering there was another booth next to us experiencing the same service as ours. Even though the same waitress /hostess/ busboy was serving the new customers as well. Just to add, this was just after 12. They close at 2 . There was us and one other table besides the newcomers in the entire dining room plus 1 other table in the bar room. We were confused because we assumed the manager( because he was surveying the entire time) was watching all this as well. For all I know though he could have been a cook,or a new hire, or another waiter, or another busboy, or a dishwasher, or the janitor? Seemed overkill and under service for the 3 -4 tables the entire time we were there.I assume at least 3 of the 7 people saw in the dining area and the footrub greating area were waiters? Maybe?. !!!! Bottom line is BBW has AWESOME FOOD AND NICE COLD BEER,!!! Just stay away from the White oak location unless you are amused by the absolute rediculous and confusing show of workers winging it, hoping they can do their job? Or someone elses? Or run a business? Or clean ? Or something? ..I'm sorry if my review was confusing but I still am astonished with what I witnessed. Read moreHad a terrible experience with Caitlyn/Kaitlin/Kate Lynn however the waitress’ name is spelled- a blonde gal with blue highlights. Aforementioned person abandoned our table for about a half hour, then I had an emergency and had to step out for about 5-10 minutes with my buddy. When my friend and I got back, our food got thrown out. My buddy only had two bites of his American Burger… I don’t really care about the two Mozzarella sticks that got thrown out from my order I just don’t understand how it’s acceptable for Buffalo Wild Wings to have a waitress abandon a table for 30 minutes and not give customers 10 minutes of leeway in case an issue arises… I tipped $3 out of an $8 tab but I honestly don’t feel like the waitress really deserve anything, I was just being nice because I want to be welcome in the future… When we got back inside I ordered another beer and got my check, however, my friend didn’t and she told a manager that she did give him his check. After I ordered my beer and paid my check we stepped outside for a second and I left my drink inside, however, a manager came rushing at my friend asking him to pay the check the waitress never gave him- which is why when he went back inside the check got printed. She and most of the rest of the staff had the audacity to laugh at my friend because he didn’t tip even though she abandoned us and was being lazy leaning against the computer instead of checking in on us as her customer service job entails? Please just be happy with the $3 I gave you… However, If management could better train waiters to manage situations like these it would be appreciated…….. 4 stars for the Mozz sticks 1 for the service (0 if I could) and 2 for the atmosphere 🤙🏽 because in the big picture of things the waitress only came to our table once in the two-plus hours we were there, she didn’t bother to clean up our table as soon as she realized we were gone and also rushed to the manager when she felt she was being robbed even though she isn’t truly entitled to anyone’s...

However, if something happens to the order that requires rectifying, all customers will get are excuses and NO refund or comp whatsoever. There is zilch ownership for the problems that occur at this location and the buck is passed onto the customer to resolve. I've been dealing with trying to obtain a refund since June 12th and now my hand is forced to file a card dispute after almost a month of nothing. I've reached out amicably twice and now I'm done.
This is my experience summarized: After waiting 2 hours from placing an order directly on BWW app, my delivery never arrived. I called and the store gave me the runaround to first contact Door Dash because they didn't want to take responsibility for non-delivery since they use DD as their delivery service. DD confirmed non-delivery and told me to contact the store again for refund (I would've liked re-delivery but it would have been 9pm by the time I received food for an order I originally placed at 4pm). Contacted the store and the manager on duty said she was very busy. She promised a refund in a week, but I was skeptical because she kept misquoting my card info and it seemed like there were too many customer issues for her to be handling solo. I never got a confirmation or anything so I wasn't confident the issue had been taken care of. When the charge on my account went from pending to processed, I filed a complaint via the FAQ link on the BWW website. A general manager reached out to me wanting my card info again, which I provided again Then he said the refund would take 5-6 business days...this was back in mid-June.
Well, it's July 1st and still nothing. I don't think I've ever had an issue with a restaurant like this before. I wouldn't recommend...
