Starbucks — Restaurant in Garner

Similar situation to someone else that left a review. I was there around 6 pm and none of the food items were displayed, I was told because they were cleaning. One person was taking orders and making all the food and drinks while the other was in the back room. There was a long line and the one girl was obviously overwhelmed. She told another customer that everything was because there was no manager currently on staff. But they were out of many food and drink options, they did not seem to know what they were doing and the other employee slid my drink out to me so hard that it spilled. I understand being understaffed and under-managed but with two employees actually communicating and working they would have been fine. Also, 6 pm is not a good time to be cleaning when you close at 10 pm, wait till 8 or 9, not during...

Horrible service. Sunday, July 13th @ 3:00. Young lady standing there braiding her hair in between fixing/handle food. When I i told cashier, I wanted her to please wash her hands before filling my order, she got very nasty. Started growling like a cat, rolling eyes, but she did was her hand. However, when my danish was finished being warned she literally threw it across the counter. Amazing Brownie!! And such friendly people. The brownies are so immaculate, the chocolate excretes endorphins throughout the entirety of my mouth.. Although they take time to process the order, that is how Starbucks works. You can’t expect them to magically construct your order. That’s just not logical.
