I was traumatized yesterday by the Manager Rich yesterday, November 1, 2022. I entered Chipotle and stood behind two girls who were making their order. I was the next and only one in line. When the girls order was completed, the server asked to assist me. The Manager Rich stood in front of the server and stated that the online orders were backed up and they were only taking online orders. I asked Rich since I was the only one left on the line if they would not mine taking my order. Rich yelled at me and said no we have to do online only, and you will not be served. As I proceeded to leave the server called me back and said mam, I will take your order. It is not a problem. I thanked him and he began to take my order. Rich heard him taking my order and stepped in front of the server and said WE ARE NOT TAKING YOUR ORDER. Rich began to yell and scream that he did not care what the server said and that I would not get served. I explained to Rich that the server called me back. Rich said he did not care that I would not be served. The manager Rich yelled at me from the time I entered the store until the time I left, and I am traumatized. I had to take off work today and will probably seek medical attention because of the way Rich treated me. It was as though he hated me, yet he did not know me. It was as though Rich wanted to physically attack me and because he was not able to, he used his loud screaming voice and his mean and vicious behavior to wreak havoc on me. I had to write this review because I believe Rich should never manage people as he may have an underlying mental problem of hate and if he did this to me, I am not sure what he is doing to those around him. Read moreI wasn’t provided a receipt for this order, but as of 3/17/2024. I would visit this chipotle often! It’s not far from my house and chipotle is my favorite restaurant. I went here last night, and received horrible customer service. The tall white man fixing my bowl was rude, rushing and making it sloppy. Like literally throwing the salsa on my bowl. I guess he couldn’t hear what I asked for and he literally yelled “WHAT?” In the nastiest way with his face all turned up. I had to tell him you did not have to be rude to me. He ended up apologizing and I accepted but even with his manager (I believe) standing right beside him.. he didn’t even say anything about his tone or attitude. He said “oh he’s just talking fast.” I can thoroughly tell if someone has an attitude with me. Again, since chipotle is my favorite place I came back today. I order the same meal every time! I get 3 sauces on the side and I’m never charged. Even on the app, I don’t get charged. Now all of a sudden today I’m charged? Even the “manager” was there today and I asked him about it and he stated “well you should’ve been getting charged.” He was very rude, and I know me.. Im not a rude person and I truly dislike when people are nasty towards me. I also think it’s funny, I wasn’t charged last night when I ordered the same exact thing . I am so tired of people have poor customer service. It’s customers that keep the company running! If it wasn’t for us you wouldn’t be working at this chipotle. I’m not sure if management changed or what, but I will not be returning to this chipotle.

Read moreI usually don’t do bad reviews but as a lover of Chipotle and with great hopes things will change I am leaving one today. My husband and I arrived at Chipotle, Gastonia location around 7pm which is usually dinner time. Of course the food would be fresh right??? Nope, there barely was any meat available and when I asked if more meat would be ready soon, I was told no and that she was unsure when or if any meat would be prepared the remainder of the night. I find that hard to believe when it was 7pm and the store closes at 11pm. I tried to move on and order anyway, but where I drew the line is when they were making my husband’s bowl and instead of giving him a full serving of honey chipotle chicken, they scraped and scraped the bottom to try to give him whatever was left in the container which was sauce and miniature pieces of chicken. Upon asking could they wait for more chicken, again we were told they weren’t sure if any more meat would be made for the night. We decided to leave without finishing our order. Every time I come to this location the service is poor with scarce amounts of meat and usually cross contamination of food by how they are allowing the food to drip into the next container while fixing other customers orders. Again, Chipotle is one of my favorite places hands down, but this location in particular disappoints almost every single time I come.
