I honestly would leave zero stars if I could. I made sure this Panera opened at 7am. I arrived at the drive thru at 6:59 am. FYI, No signs on the speaker or menu. There was also a truck waiting behind me in line. At 7:06 I called the location and I ask if the drive thru is open. She laughs and says, bathroom? I said no, your drive thru, is it open? She said, no, it’s not open. So at 7:07 I go inside. One lady is putting out bagels, she doesn’t see me at first. Then she help says, I’m sorry the register isn’t open, give me a moment to open the register. Something isn’t working for her, so she leaves to talk to someone and comes back. She then says, we are card only. I said that’s fine, I have my card in hand. So then she tries the register again. Nothing. She leaves again but longer this time. She comes back, alone, no one is helping her. She says, I’m sorry I still cannot open the register. We will have to wait on my manager. To be honest, I’m frustrated now. I said, I will give you $20 cash for 2 yogurts so I can get out of here. She say, my manager said we are card only. I said, I just want my food. I will leave you money. So I said this is unprofessional & unbelievable & I leave @ 7:22. Panera is a national chain. They should not have this level of unprofessionalism. I love the yogurt, that’s the only reason I still go to this restaurant, cause I can’t figure out how to make it at home. I’ve reported to the manager here before, that it’s sold out when the store opens. I have to check their app every morning to make sure they have before attempting to order it. Read moreMy experience was terrible, their understaffed so I was advised because there was only 1 car in front of me and my wait was over 30 min and I only ordered a muffin and chai tea. When I finally got to the window. I was handed a water which I advised I hadn't requested. My bill was 9.38 when a I checked the receipt I had been charged for a coffee, muffin, and a chai tea. When I advised I was charged for extra a coffee I was told yeah as if she knew it and was just hoping maybe I didnt notice it because I was only given the chai tea and muffin. That's when I was advised they were understaffed. Manager comes to refund the $ for the coffee and my muffin was cold and hard and I asked could they heat and was advised they can't take it back once it's out the window and that I understood but I advised the manager that had I known it would be hard and cold I would have asked for that before it came out the window. At this point in over 30 min I advised take it all back and refund my $$ when I was then told I didn't have to be rude. Oh ok?

Read moreHorrible place to go to. The management team are pitiful excuse of n Managers. Everytime I go there lately My order is wrong. The muffins and pastries are always stale and not fresh. They keep the same ones from early morning till they close and when I get there which is always later in the afternoon the pastries are leftovers from the first shift. I have had so many bad experiences there that I swear to myself this is the last time. No more. If you want real pastries that are always made fresh go visit Amélie's French Bakery & Café Uptown where their pastries and the sandwiches are always made to order and the muffins and anything you order is made to perfection. This place is a joke. You do not get your money's worth here at Panera bread and you had better check your food to make sure it is fresh before leaving. I give this place a 1 star because you can't give 1/4 star or 1/2 star because that is what I'd give them.
