Absolutely disgusted with the service, we ordered over 40 dollars of lunch, and EVERYTHING other than the kids pizza grinder was messed up, when I called to speak to someone, not only was this Amy extremely rude! She has won the title of Worst Customer Servives!! Hung up on me 3 times, because she was to busy to deal with it, she calls back and tells me well I will give you a store credit. Then I realized we ordered lunch and 1) I paid and got NO lunch, and 2) when I told her it wouldn’t work for me, she said “ well now I have to get the owner involved and it will take up ton7 days to contact me back and credit my account. And 3) she said “ I will just add a note so you can’t order from here anymore” I know my feelings are so hurt by this, but this has me disgusted with her and mancinos. I understand mistakes happen, but when they are brought to your attention you don’t tell the customer you are to busy to do anything and then tell them not to order because she can’t put an ORDER together! Read moreI've been going to this place since I was a kid. I love the grinders. I've since moved away but stop by every time I return to MI for my favorite grinder. Stopped here last week on our way through and no one was wearing a mask. No one in the kitchen or those taking orders were taking any precaution for Covid-19. On top of that I pulled out my grinder and found it dripping with butter. Literally just dripping/oozing out of the bread. I couldn't stomach even half. Don't get me wrong. I love butter... but it was incredibly over done. It was dripping out like water would drip out of a soaked rag. And about an hour after eating what I could, I felt sick and felt sick the rest of the day. Very disappointed. Mancino's food is generally good, but I will no longer be stopping at this particular one any longer. Only businesses who are taking the health of their customers seriously will be getting my business. And the quality control seems to be missing at the Gaylord one, as well. Great food as usual thank you. Fast forward 1-29-25 new management I arrived at 7 minutes to close a young gentlemen, dark hair was totally ready even though everything was clean (and I mean it was clean like clean clean) to go ahead and mess everything up to make me and my friend food. I explained to him. I have been where you are and I will never do that to anyone in the food service industry. Everything is turned down. We're good. Have a great night, it's my fault. Somehow he didn't think I was genuine and was literally pushing me to put food in the oven at 3 minutes to close, really dude please after complete tear down and clean up.
