Subway — Restaurant in Gaylord

A girl named Anna tried to shorten us right up on the meat we didn't even get a level scoop of steak on a steak and cheese sandwich. She was trying to get us to pay extra money to get extra meat but didn't give us enough meat to start out with. We eat at Subways very often and have never had this issue. I told her I wanted the meat heated separate and the cheese Brown ed on the bread, but she dumped the cold meat on the bread and had to take it off again to heat it. When she did put the meat finally on the bread it was very scant. Then after all of this my husband and I sat down to eat her sandwich and I felt something pull out of my mouth on the first bite and thought it was an onion skin and it was a dark hair like her hair was. Thank God for a girl named Bailey that works at the Gaylord restaurant. She is an amicable person and understood the problem. If this Anna is in there the next time we come in there we will walk out. And let me say this we weren't asking for any extra meat just the normal amount that every other Subway...

The girl who waited on us tonight, specifically with the blue hair was so rude! Immediately upon entering the store she asked us “you here for an online order?” We said “no” then she went to the back to do something and came back up and asked “what do you guys want?” My boyfriend placed his order first, then I proceeded with mine. By the time we got to the end of her making our sandwiches I was very upset because of her attitude and demeanor I wanted to walk out. My boyfriend and I sat down and ate our food while listening to her call someone to complain about a coworker and then slamming things in the front and back of the store. We were very uncomfortable and I told my boyfriend that I’d rather eat at home from now on than deal with the awful service...

First off it’s not usually horrible there are usually good staff in but you all open at 10 no reason why a customer should have to be waiting almost 15 minutes for a sandwich to be made. One worker was very slow and the other just obviously didn’t want to serve the customer. I get your bread is a priority but when you go and make a sandwich half way and then when said sandwich is a warm sandwich.... let’s just say I stood there while one was trying to serve another customer and the other was cheesing the bread my sandwich got very cold by the time I got it. Standing for 10 minutes isn’t pleasant please finish serving your first customer before going off and doing...
