I have NEVER been as disappointed with a Fast-Food Restaurant such as this one. This location specifically had my partner and I baffled with the customer service we received and I do not see us coming back to this location in the future.
Firstly, my partner and I went inside to use their kiosk to order food, as the line for drive-thru was quite long. Their kiosk somehow do NOT accept cards, no matter how you try inserting it, tapping it, or sliding it. We figured this was fine, as they had a cash option. Besides their being the ability to CHOOSE cash, the instructions on the kiosk told us to go to the front counter to pay for our meal. We did exactly that -- one of the employees from the back shouted after a few seconds "Thanks for choosing Taco Bell, we are kiosk only!" from the back. (You'd think, even if you ARE kiosk only, what if a customer needs assistance?...). Do not get me wrong, we did not mind waiting. The employee that previously shouted eventually came up and repeated herself. My partner told her we understood that, but the kiosk informed us to pay at the front counter as we were paying with cash. The employee told us we had to go through drive thru. ( I understand this may be a common practice for them, but are you kidding?? Why have KIOSKS HAVE that option? Why have them to begin with if you'd most likely end up having to go through drive-thru anyways?) Just to make sure, I asked her if our order had still gone through and she confirmed.
We reluctantly went through drive-thru. The employee that came over the loudspeaker had NO idea what we were talking about. Went as far as asking us "Oh, so you placed an online order?" We explained at least three times, NO, we placed and order at your kiosk inside, but were told we needed to pay here. Told us to pull up to the front window. THAT is when we become impatient with waiting. We were waiting in line for 10 minutes for these employees to get their shit together (or maybe go take a shit? who knows!) We paid. The employee apparently did not know how to count change -- we can see this from the window. The employee that was on the loudspeaker asked if we had received our drinks, we said no we did not and explained that it was one of their slushies. She said, "Oh, we don't have that anymore" (Now again, why the HELL would you have this option on your kiosk if you do not have it?) We changed our order, received out drinks, then shortly after received our food. After the frustration from before, we made sure to double check our bag while in drive through. They had given us the wrong order (after all this time!). Tried explaining that to the employees at the window, but it went over their head until the employee from the front came over and was almost "shadowing" them. Read moreHoly cow! They will hire anyone for a management position, and I mean anyone. First of all you don't act like a hillbilly redneck and talk to customers like we are stupid. Secondly you don't shut the drive-thru window and tell us to leave because you're upset at the fact your workers didn't do their job correctly. We told you it was 2 orders when we said " okay, this is a separate order. Can't say it any plainer then that. ASHLEY ( assistant manager), very rudely said you're supposed to tell us while you're placing the order. We'll WE DID and you failed on your end. Don't scorn the customer. Then some other lady said we'll you can't pay with 2 different cards only 1 card and the rest cash? I knew that wasn't correct because I've worked in the industry many years. Moat stores take split payments. Guess what, the new girl took 2 payments both cards no problem. The managers were so frazzled they couldn't do their jobs. Get rid of them! Very unprofessional, rude, and had no idea how to do their job. The other workers seemed to do just fine. I called corporate and hopefully they can get some...

I politely suggested maybe put a sign up so people don’t waste 40 minutes in line after a long day driving just to put the order in and she proceeded to say We’re so busy I can’t even use the restroom. 15 minutes later we get to the window and the manager decided to have words with me for the people behind me cussing at the employee. I corrected him and he didn’t like that either, so I said put the sign up saying no beef and people won’t be so upset and you won’t be so busy. He said we were only temporarily out of beef on a busy Friday. We’ll you first window said NO BEEF along with several other things he was ready to jump the window. I’m shocked there wasn’t cops called because I heard everyone order behind berate them for no beef. There’s 55 minutes of my life I won’t get back.
