We walked in got handed some menus ordered at the cash register found their own seating poured our own fountain drinks a lady brought us our food we refilled our fountain drinks we cleaned up our table and put our stuff in the garbage but it wasn't till after I left that I noticed they charged me a 15% tip on my meal apparently for the lady bringing us our food I got charged $6 there was no waitress and we did everything ourselves there was no sign anywhere that said they were enforced tipping policies and I will never eat at this place again and I will make sure to tell everyone of my friends that I got charged $6 so that A lady could bring me my food and that took her 30 seconds I work as a waiter and in many other places in the food service industry before I went back to college and I never got a $6 tip for working...

If you are looking for good authentic tacos then look elsewhere. Genuinely the only positive thing I can say is that the food is ready incredibly fast, however the quality is very poor, the portions are super tiny and the price is extremely high for what you get.

The meat lacked any kind of seasoning and flavor and every ingredient seemed as if it was dry, stiff, and rubbery, as if it had just thawed out from being frozen. Honestly it was so bad I did not want to even finish my food but did so only because of how much I spent on it for it to go to waste. In addition to quality, the staff was not very friendly and my order came out wrong the first time.

Overall it was a very disappointing experience and one of the worst mexican food places I...

AMAZING! Best Mexican food I've had in a long time. The guac and chips came out first: warm chips, super chunky guac just barely mixed with loads of fresh cilantro, a little purple onion, and plenty of lime. Most importantly, the avocados themselves were just divine! And the preparation was truly worthy of that divinity.

Before i tried my own dish, i swiped samples of my wife's sides; first the rice, which was startlingly good and somehow made me expect the beans would be bland. Not so; they were also startlingly good.

I had a couple street tacos, a chicken chipotle and a carnitas, my wife had flautas, my daughter had 'puffy' tacos--wonderful, wonderful, wonderful. Stopping again on...

It's more cafeteria style than traditional restaurant. You place your order at the front counter and they bring out your food when it's ready. Decent portions and the food was SOOOOO GOOOD YALL!!! I have a drink called Harchata!!! Rice water, sugar and cinnamon. YUMM!! The gentleman who took our order was very nice. It wasn't busy either. If you ask me it's a hidden jewel of Gaylord MI. I will most definitely be going back!! For those who want to give them a try, they are located right next to Bigby coffee across the street from the marathon, or Aspen Dental. Depending on which direction you are facing. This place was a 10 in my book!!!

I was alittle leary because I pulled in the parking lot at 7pm on a Friday and there were only a few cars, however then I realized they don't sell alcohol so that's probably why they aren't busy. I ordered 4 tacos sides of rice and beans and a small chips n salsa. The bill was $25 however the food was delicious. The beans I was skeptical of because they had whole northern beans in it but WoW.. delicious... the tacos were flavorful and just enough toppings. The chips were fresh and crispy while the salsa had just enough kick. I would go back in a heartbeat

For carnivore friendly fast food when you're travelling - this place just off of 75 is REALLY good! Hubby and I both got just the fajita steak and chicken and shrimp. Flavor was phenomenal, only had to wait 5 minutes while they grilled our meat, and was all really tender without feeling "mushy". And less expensive than other places we've gone. $1.99/EA for "extra meat" (shrimp was a little bit more, but they were nice and big!), we both got 4 x "extra" and I couldn't finish all of mine. Will definitely stop again on our way North.
