I am very ashamed right now; let me just start off by saying most of the staff were the sweetest people ever and so understanding. However the cook in the back? Completely uncouth with no cool whatsoever. My older sister and I originally came through the drive-thru and ordered two drinks, two sandwiches, and two hashbrowns. The wait in the drive-thru was about 25 minutes, but we also work in the food industry, so we were patient. When we received our food, we were just missing one hashbrown, and we didn't get a receipt. By no means was the lady at the drive-thru rude; she was super sweet and apologized for the wait. Moving on my sister sent me in to go get the rest of our order—as one does. However, immediately when I walk in the cook in the back is loud and prissy. She was saying things like, "Why do people keep coming in? We are understaffed." In a sanctimonious tone, this is unacceptable for customer service. A few minutes later, when I got to the front, I was handled by a brown hair girl with braces who was also very kind. She was respectful and fully understood what happened. She went back to the cook and just asked for one more hashbrown, and the cook got all pissy, saying, "No, I know I did their order. Twice even." If you did it twice why did we wait so long to get our order in the first place? The cashier stayed collected, explaining to this grown woman that she was probably thinking about a different one, but the cook refused to believe it. When the cashier was able to help me after the cook's hissy fit, she(the cashier) apologized and told me to have a wonderful day. I hope this will get sorted out and someone will teach this woman some manners because at her big age, she should not be dealing with things like a hormonal teenager. It's unprofessional,...

We arrived near the end of the day and clearly one of the last patrons to be served, everyone inside was actively preparing the last order for the drive.
We walked in because we wanted to use the bathroom - and for a TH and at the end of the day they were rather in good shape - I mean how many load it off after loading up in café? Right.
The staff who served us was on her very first days at the job. She did the best job of trying relentlessly. She was definitely mentored by another staff member, and you could see that they were running low on gas - Again the very end of a probably long day.
And honestly, they both deserved an award - yes it took double maybe triple the time you'd expect, but they were just amazing and kind.
Our order came out perfect and as expected. Somehow my coffee order took longer, but the new staff was dedicated to making it right and it seems that she had to restart (maybe?) It was her first time doing such an order with little customisation.
At the end, the wait was not long at all and they were all so lovely it was easy.
When rating and reviewing a chain, I tend to keep it simple unless something was wrong.
But this time it was truly the opposite. Put it simply, one of the best experiences I ever had in a chain coffee location. They are a good team. Bravo. Thank you for the great coffee that kept me awake (as intended driving back) And good luck on...
Read moreNot sure what was wrong with the young male working today.. but he had a pretty terrible attitude.. almost as bad as his menu knowledge at his own work.
Just wanted a simple Large Iced Capp with hazelnut flavor and a shot of espresso.
The kid was pretty confused and thought I wanted an iced coffee at first. Then told me that they only had a mocha hazelnut supreme iced Capp and not what I was asking for. It’s ok to be wrong sometimes but to have a bad attitude about it as well kind of sucks to have to deal with as a customer.
I couldn’t explain to him any differently that I just wanted a large iced Capp with hazelnut flavor and a shot of espresso added lol. After being told that wasn’t a thing and I just accepted a mocha hazelnut iced Capp. They forgot to add the espresso. Kinda sucks. Also added whipped cream too that I didn’t want and probably paid extra for.
Just to make sure I wasn’t going crazy I went on the Tim Hortons website when I got home and tried to build my drink on there. Was pretty easy. And seemed cheaper. Probably because I got charged for things I didn’t want. Maybe next time there will be a manager or employee who knows what...
