McDonald's — Restaurant in Geneva

I ordered my meal with a large drink and chose to have half water and half sweet tea. I am 8.5 months pregnant and cannot have caffeine with out having heart palpitations.

When I drove up the the pick up window, 4 out of the 5 people working in that area were chatting about how disgusted they were about my drink order. Two seemed to be managers or maybe supervisors. I could see a girl wearing a grey collared shirt make a disgusted look on her face. Why does my drink of choice matter? Why? Sure, my drink doesn't sound tasty but altering it is my ONLY option. I'd love to be able to drink it normal. I told them I could hear them all and the girl with the collared shirt lied to me and said they were talking about someone's grandma. She walked away with out giving me an apology. Very unprofessional, especially for someone who needs to be leading by example.

I was at McDonald's around 2 or 3 p.m. maybe. Tuesday the 2nd of this month. I had a cashier female Jayden I believe. If that is her name. Being repermanded in front of me for being on her phone. While me and my wife were standing in front of her. She rolled her eyes at management and sarcastically asked what we wanted to order. I just stood there. Finally someone else with a much better attitude come up there. Didn't catch his name. I have been in restaurants where there were only two people running the place and got better service. I waited a little while but that burger was amazing. Likewise they got an amazing review. I believe when you repermanded someone it should be private. Never in front of customers. I don't see how the young lady in question even got a job there. She clearly wanted to be somewhere else. Three stars was me being nice. At least she was repermanded period. Just not professionally...

Went through the drive thru last night, we ordered 2 sweet teas, two apple pies, and two ice cream cones. The girl that collected the cash was literally watching tv on her phone. Didn't confirm the order, barely told us the total. The tv show she was watching was very loud. She didn't say anything else to us. We drove to the second window, and the girl that was giving us our order didn't say one word to us. AT ALL. She kind of acted like she didnt want to be there. She literally was just handing us our stuff, no smile, no customer service whatsoever. Took three trips to get everything we needed. After 6 minutes in the drive thru, in absolute silence, we received our order. Still, not a word. I finally said,"Have a great night."
