I don't have overly high expectations for a fast food restaurant, but the staff at this location is incompetent. I have always done my best to not go here, as they always get the order wrong. I gave it one last shot today after they did their remodel, and I really wish I hadn't. We ordered a quarter-pounder meal with nothing but a plain meat patty and add bacon (basically a plain bacon hamburger), a 20 piece nugget meal, and a double bacon smokehouse meal with no fried onions. I would have ordered a shake and a couple ice cream sundaes for the kids, but their ice cream machine was either broken or being cleaned (we hesrd different stories depending on which team member was talking)--no big deal, we understand things like that happen. The Dr. Pepper was then out of syrup--again, not a big deal, and an easy fix. We then waited 10-15 minutes for our food, listening to the staff on the line arguing about who did and who didn't make the other orders wrong. We finally just went to find a table to sit down and wait--of the limited seating they have, all the tables were dirty, so we had to clean one ourselves. When we finally got our food, we discovered that none of them had been run up as meals, so we had to go back up to get the fries and drinks. Upon inspecting the food, the quarter-pounder had everything but bacon, and the double bacon smokehouse had no bacon nor the sweet mustard sauce; as a condolence, the 20 piece nugget meal had an extra nugget. It took another 15-20 minutes to have the two burgers remade.
I understand that things can go wrong, and I understand that the guy at the register was only 15 and it was only his second day. I didn't throw a fit, and I calmly explained the errors, and they politely corrected it. At some point though, there needs to be some level of competency somewhere amongst the staff, and today was the final nail in their coffin for me. If I hadn't already paid, then I would have left after 10 minutes of waiting for the food. We've now been here for almost 1.5 hours--luckily we had some time to kill before our next appointment. However, this last experience has left me no choice but to make a public statement in hopes that someone within store management will see it, and instead of getting defensive, may actually do something about it.
I have a 3 year old I take there at times to get energy out and I have been a patron at this location since I was my daughter's age and I have never seen this location so dirty.
It wasn't just the play area! (which was HORRIFYING! I had anxiety just looking at it and thinking about my child touching it with any part of her body. There was not one place on that floor or throughout the store that looked kept up or suited for customers to eat there.
I am a former F.F worker and I am aware of rushes that happen that can prevent you from doing your proper pick ups throughout your shift but this was unacceptable. You can tell that the place probably hasn't been kept up by it's appropriate members of staff in days or weeks. The floor was disgusting, the tables disgusting.
It's not difficult to quickly wipe down a table after the patrons leave. It's also not difficult or without reason to use your time at work properly so that you're able to quickly sweep up a couple spots throughout the shift so it's not so much work on you at the end of the night.
A health department Restaurant Assessor needs to gt there stat.

I looked at this guy and said seriously for four McChickens and a large fry I have to go wait around the corner. Wow so upon telling this other manager who talk more feminine than most men never got his name but he told me the general manager's name Lori and then he told me the name of the other manager and then when asked what happened I explained to him what happened and he told me we were trying to make things better and you're not welcome back in my store!
